Great addition to tackle box
Did great first time out for rainbows and Kokanee (occasional brown) trolling a dodger/flasher and hoochie setup. Easy to use getting on and off myself even the first time out. Helped produce good fish first time out on our 8# & 10# spooled reels and ultralight rods. Not sure if lighter line may be a harder to clip on but, saw where it could. Using with a line counter reel, which I rarely pay attention to, really did come in handy to keep us right in that strike zone they were hitting at but, counting as you strip off will work just fine once you figure out what weight and speed combo you need. Glad I found them and will be keeping them in my trolling kit from now on.

Size matters!
if you're needing smaller snaps that will still get you down deep, these are the ticket. Quality!

Hard to find
These are my favorite snap weights that I couldn't find until I found these. Have tried others but these are by far the best ones I've found. They are simple and work like they're supposed to

Clip and slide release
So awesome, slide line through the gold flange then to a barrel swivel. Hold the clip while letting out the line, then around 30ft pinch a small portion of the lure side of the line and pinch it in the clip above the retention bar- this allows the clip to release the line after a strike and slide down to the barrel swivel so you don’t have to unclip it getting the fish to the net!! Super simple and effective set up, love these clips!

Good for long line trolling.

Trolling line clips
I used the clips last week fishing for kokanee. they were easy to install on the line while fishing. It did not hold onto the line where I clipped it on with the 4 # test line. But it did hold onto the 10 # test line better. I will buy more of them.

great item but expensive in my opinion
Quite happy with this purchase of snap weights, they work great and are rather handy to adjust various sized weights to get at just the right depth trolling for walleye or lake trout. They work for me and I'll just eat cat food one meal or two to make up ;-)
