Looks Good, definitely get the chrome rings
The install wasn't too bad except for a few items. 1. The wiring harness was not quite long enough to reach between the two lights, so I had to create 6" pigtails to extend the plugs. 2. The metal screws that came with the kit were useless for mounting, so I had to run out and buy four 1/4" diameter by 3/4" long stainless bolts, washers, etc. to bold the bracket into the back of the "eye socket". 3. Getting through the firewall paused my work until I watched enough videos to realize there was a rubber pass-through with spare nipples just to the right of the power steering diaphragm (inside engine compartment) and just to the left of the steering column and clutch inside the driver foot well. Once I found that, It was easy enough push a coat hanger through and pull the switch wires in. BUT, to do that it is necessary to cut off the connectors and crimp on new ones. I wish Bling Lights just included spare crimp-on connectors or intentionally didn't crimp the ends on to begin with. 4. The switch install does require dremel/grinder/razor knife to get the fit right. I chose to install in a pre-existing cut out which had a blank. 5. The lights themselves look GREAT width the additional chrome bezel I ordered, but it also made me realize that the lights were not 100% centered. As far as I can tell, the only way to improve that is to pull them out, grind down the brackets on the corners so the light can slide up a half inch or so. I have yet to do this... Hopefully some of the photos are helpful for other Subaru Forester owners.

Great, bright lights with a couple caveats
This kit really is a great setup if you're looking for OEM appearing fogs without the $250+ price tag. Awesome light output and has 2 selections for different colors.I only found 2 problems: In the stock picture, it looks like the switch mounts easily in the stock location next to the mirror adjusters. Realistically, you have to pop the stock black filler piece out of the trim and then proceed to dremel the piece until the switch fits into it. This requires a great deal of cutting and trimming so be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes doing this. You could bypass this by simply cutting a 1/2"x3/4" hole in the dash, but I wanted to maintain the factory switch look. Once the switch fit into the filler piece, the wires hooked up easily and the trim was popped back in.The Actual fog light installation was a breeze. The light brackets lined up perfectly with the stock bumper mounts and the hardware seemed durable. Additionally, unlike the stock fogs, the design of these lights allows you to adjust the fogs up and down from the exterior without having to remove the plastic underlining. The 2nd problem I encountered, however, was that the length of the wiring harness from driver fog to passenger fog was almost too short. I had to really stretch the wires (so much so that one wire actually disconnected from the passenger side harness, thus, requiring me to remove the plastic underlining after installation to connect the wire). It's not a huge deal but the wires are pretty taught. If the distance between the lights were any shorter I would have to somehow lengthen the wires.Once the lights were installed....WOW! They are bright! and they produce a very large beam of light around the car, allowing me to see not only the shoulder of the road but the tree line next to it. The beam angle seriously increased viability and blows my friends's OEM fogs out of the water. Now the lights also come with a daytime running light that has a light blue hue to it (maybe 7-8K on the spectrum). It's not very bright but it does make it look pretty cool (see photo).UPDATE 01/18After one of the main bulbs went bad I decided to switch out the halogens for LEDs. The main lights I switched to an H3 LED bulb and the lower lights I switched to a 194 LED with amber light for improved visibility in fog and snow. The H3 that I used requires you to slightly modify the housing by enlarging the opening. Not a big deal. The secondary lights just clip right in. Wow! the main lights are incredibly bright and the yellow fogs give me a 2 in 1 light setup.Still super impressed with this kit and the upgraded bulbs make it that much more amazing. Here are the bulbs I used:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CTMTATI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KZ8CWFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

too bright, mediocre quality
After reading the reviews i thought this was going to be a good deal over the OEM fog kit which is 3 times the price.I tried to like it, got it all put together and the lights are blinding bright, it’s like having your high beams on but lower to the ground. the problem is that these bulbs don’t have bulb tip reflectors so the light comes straight off the bulb instead of reflecting back into the housing. if you’re using these only for off-roading or as high beams this would be fine but i plan on using these daily in conjunction with my headlights. they throw light everywhere including directly into oncoming traffic windshields.also the wiring looks a little cheap which i could live with if the lights weren’t so damn bright. i returned this and ordered the OEM

Not a bad product just extremely fragile!!
Easy to install, they did match my vehicle but they are extremely fragile, the glass lens completely shattered after just 2 days on the vehicle, I’m assuming maybe from a rock chip .

China made TRASH
Claims to be FOR a 2011 Subaru Forester but the wire harness is too short to connect both lights without splicing added wire. The fools tell you to connect directly to the battery so if you forget to turn them off you kill the battery. The light beam is poorly focused and dim as hell. Don't waste your money.
