Worse set I have ever owned
A warning not to buy this set of headphones. I had purchased thinking I was getting a good set. You could not walk away from the computer without the call dropping. I had less than a year and the speaker stopped working. The company has yet to get back to me on a replacement. Amazon did not stand behind me on this one. I am very disappointed in both!

Very comfortable with powerful features
This headset feels comfortable to wear. It does not compress on my head, but hold on loosely. The ear pads do a great job of blocking out the noise in the room around me making the meeting/call sounds much easier to understand. I had better results using the included dongle instead of the built in Bluetooth connectivity.Initially, I used the Bluetooth connection and was able to use the headset for basic functions, but Teams didn't seem to recognize it, or the feature-buttons. Once I switched to the included dongle and started Teams, the headset was 'recognized' as a 'certified Teams device' (with a notification in the Teams window) and all of the buttons began to work within Teams for meetings. By pressing the Teams/UC button, I can switch focus on the computer to Teams, or launch it if it isn't running. The other buttons (Answer/Reject/End/VolUp/VolDn/Mute) all started working as expected.A quick word about the dongle, as I've seen people are having trouble finding it: The carrying case has a tiny pocket where the dongle perfectly fits. You are looking for a USB-dongle-sized pocket inside the padded case right at the top, along the zipper. If you are holding the case with the "Yealink" label facing you, the pocket is on the other-side top 'flap'.The headset talks to the wearer so, upon startup, it announces the power-on action and informs on the battery level in English, for example, 'Power on, 80% battery remains'. As it connects, it announces the connection, too. It announces, 'PC connected,' and then, 'Mobile one connected.' Yes, it will connect two devices simultaneously, so I can wear this headset and use it for Team meetings on my PC and make/receive phone calls on my Android phone without making any changes. The only 'issue' (that's in quotes because it really isn't a problem) I had with it is that my head might not be wide enough for it. I have a smallish head, so when I look straight down, the headset shifts downward a little and might fall if I'm not careful. This is a problem with other headsets too, so if you don't have this problem already, you might not. The headsets that haven't had this 'issue' usually hold on to my head so tightly that I eventually get a headache. This headset does not do that -- I have worn it all day, for several days and I forget it's there, it is that comfortable.

Only lasted a year...
What I liked:1. Comfortable (I wear them for 10 hours a day sometimes)2. Easy mute by simply pushing back the mic3. Battery lasts all day (12 hour the longest day)4. Charging is easy with type c and charges fast for long use.5. Easy to connect. Did not have any problems connecting or loosing connectionWhat I did not like:1. Headset only lasted a year and 2 months for me.Now the mic becomes muted/un-muted on its own which makes it non usable.2. Bluetooth range is not that far. I walk about 15 feet away and loose connection (my PC is an 2020 MSI with strong Bluetooth adapter)3. Price is on the high side compared to other similar HeadsetsOverall, I enjoyed the headset while it lasted. Will not purchase again due to the time it lasted and price.

Comfort! Value for money!
4 star since there are times when using the USB dongle and Zoom app it won't let me hear anything or even say anything that can be heard by the other audience, and need to use the cable for those instances which degrades the quality of audio and mic at some degree. But using a different apps have no issues.Regarding noise cancellation, it is a little below my Yealink WH62, but everything else is greater.

this product needs to be discontinued
There are two main functions of a headset: to hear and to speak. The sound quality is pretty decent and the design is nice, but the microphone does not work at all. It works in the sense that some sound is going through but people on the other end of the call cannot understand a single word I say. knowingly selling a product that only performs half of its function is a bad look for a brand. I will avoid buying anything from this brand in the future.
