False advertising, but great product.
I would say 0 stars, because it's not florescent at all. Not even a little bit. BUT! It's OK with me, because I accidentally figured out that this stuff is insanely burning-able. Like, not-even-for-kids levels of flame ability! You can use it to make a lot of things contagious to fire... once.

Leak
refilled my lighter about 3 times over a period of 6 months and the can leaked. I still had about 75% full but the nozzle leaked all of the butane...what a waste!!!
