I very happy with this product for keeping my airways open during sleep. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not stop my snoring, but that is not why I bought it. When I sleep on my left side, as I am told to because of reflux, my right nostril partly collapses, decreasing airflow through that side of my nose. I was using adhesive strips, but the only ones that stayed stuck all night are Breathe-Right. The generic ones would come unstuck before morning. The name brand strips are stupidly expensive, though, and I was looking for another option to keep my nose open. This does the job very well. I chose this product as the inserts are tapered, and I thought they would be more comfortable than the barrel-shaped ones. I find them easy to use, and the improvement in airflow far outweighs the feeling of something in my nose. They are not uncomfortable at all, but you know they're there. Don't care, though, because I can BREATHE ALL NIGHT!!

My husband said I stopped snoring, so that's good. My nose felt a little sore the next day, almost like when you get a pimple. I checked it out and I had a blister where the plastic sits on your nose.

This product description says it is made of silicon but the box says, “PVC.” This is deceptive and misleading and Amazon knows it. This is why they use a disclaimer, product might be different as described, which is code for Amazon products that say they are made with specific materials, which are listed, but in actuality, they are made with other materials that are not mentioned on the website but are labeled as clear as day on the box.

They help...doesn't entirely stop the snoring but if your nasal cavity resonates alot when you snore these help to dramatically reduce that noise down to just breathing noise.

If I could sum this up in a word: Meh. If I were you, I'd try the NOZOVENT product instead and no, I don't work for them. I own that product and it's more comfortable and works better. But your experience may vary.

They worked for ONE night. It's 2:10 a.m. and I'm still awake due to husband's snoring. I'm sleep deprived because of it. Back to the couch with a bad back for me. I took a chance and the product didn't work. Maybe it will for you
