I bought this product few days back and it was my first experience using an electric toothbrush. I like this so much. It is very easy to use. The instructions given are easy to understand. It is effective for deep and quick cleaning of the teeth and gums also. It's bristles are soft on teeth and gums. It's giving an overall hygiene for through out the day. I feel so fresh. It's 3x plague, in build features like smartimer and quadpacer are simply excellent for my oral routine. Battery life is also very good, I just charge during weekend and no need to worry for almost two weeks. So happy using this product, so teeth are.

As per cleaning it is much better than the traditional toothbrush and much faster than that. Highly recommended to use an electric toothbrush. But after purchase the next problem to face is how to get the brush heads. Phillips brush heads are very costly you can take it as costly as 1/3rd of the price of your Phillips electric brush.

Working from 2years

I have been searching for electric toothbrush from many days , then I got to know about this brush. I purchased it and using it since purchase. It is very stylish . Easy to carry and hold. This electric brush based on sonic technology is very effective with 31,000 brush head movements power minute. It removes upto 3x more plaque as compared to manual toothbrush. With a unique feature of vibrating every 30 seconds to switch sides and a timer of 2 minutes of brushing cycle, it is a great lifestyle device. It can be used over a long period of time with 14 day battery life. I love this product so much.My child also love it.

The product carries a two year warranty . In less than a year it stopped working. Still worse the service is very bad . They promptly provided a complaint number and promised service within four hours . No one showed up for the next four days . On contact they again promised immediate attention. Another four days and still no one has turned up .The product is bad and the service is non existent.

After using this device for over three months, I can confidently say that it's an excellent product that functions exceptionally well. Initially, I was hesitant about investing in an expensive toothbrush. However, electric brushes clearly have the advantage of being gentle on the gums. They operate by brushing your teeth thousands of times within a brief period – a speed our hands can't achieve. Moreover, they provide focused cleaning rather than prolonged brushing against the gums and tooth roots, thus preventing gum damage.However, I'm deeply disappointed by the unavailability of official replacement heads. I reached out to Philips Customer Care, and while they did ask for my phone number, they never followed up. I'm not comfortable purchasing third-party parts.Given the cost and the lack of support, I regret my purchase. I wish I had explored other brands that offer replacement heads as well.

Ok product, tooth bristle are small, not clean efficiency

I've been using this product since a month. It's an easy transition from a conventional toothbrush. Cleans teeth very well. Gives a good feeling of freshness in the mouth. It gives vibrating signal after every 30 seconds to help you change quadrant and after 2 minutes the toothbrush turns off automatically. The battery lasts easily for 14 days as advertised when you use it twice a day for 2 minutes. It's a good investment for your oral hygiene.
