At first all was well. Lights were pretty, especially at night. The fountain spray was at a good height. But, after 2 weeks use, the motor failed. Very disappointing.I HAD TO REVISE THIS REVIEW!The problem wasn't the pump, it was clogging of the water outlets. After rinsing, everything worked fine and I am enjoying it once again. I have also ordered a pond pump protector!!!!

We bought this for our Koi Pond. Just completed pond after such a small place for our koi. Much bigger than original. Looked absolutely beautiful the first night we displayed it which was last night. Did a video of interchanging lights. We were absolutely in awe. Sat out and watched. In fact sent video to friends. We turned lighting off before we went to bed. Next morning turned it on and the waterfall was not in greatest condition. It was plugged up in very tiny holes and had to take pics to send to company. Please buy this for a swimming pool, the debri will not work from a pond. I told manufacturer they should make it capable for swimming pool only. Buyers Beware...

The media could not be loaded. Great for the price. I purchased a mesh bag for the motor since we do have some grass in the pond. I wish we could just pick one color but they rotate. But it was easy to install and working great and looks great from our porch and dock.

Great Waterfountain! I noticed something that most people hadn’t said. On the side of the pump there is an open and close valve to control the flow. Make sure it’s open or you can burn up your pump and the water height will suck. That’s very important to know! Also would t hurt to add some plumbers tape to the pump where it connects.UPDATE: The pump did go out after 3 days. But I went ahead and ordered a 1600gph pump and replaced the pump and now my waterfall shoots 6 feet in the air continuously. No problems yet! I got lucky and bought this product for half price. So I’m not really out anything in my mind. But my suggestion is that they need to switch the pumps out on these even if it costs a little more for the fountain. Better quality would be worth it. As far as the rest of the parts, they work excellent and the wires to the lights is long. The lights are very neat as well!Update: I wouldn’t say it’s the pumps fault. After learning more, my water had a ton of algae in it. Since then I bought a filter and my water is more clear. I bet it would have lasted longer if it wasn’t in dirty water.

We love the fountain when it works. We’ve purchased two in 3 years and while they work, they are great. The last one we placed in our pond in June. It has now quit again and it was the last week of August. We kept our pond clean of debris and the pump clean as well. The lights continue to work, just like last time, but the fountain is non functioning.I’m hoping the company will do something to back this product and make this right.Purchasing a warranty and using it for this product shouldn’t be necessary, (with anything that has only been used for a few months). Warranties should be for a product that should last 4 years, but died on year 2. Do your research and look at the length of time the fountains work for others before purchasing.

When first installed it was amazing & so pretty! After 2 days it the water fountain height of the water was half of what it was originally. Day 3 barely coming out of the fountain. It seems to clog with usual puns debris and needs to be cleared every couple of days in order to keep fountain water flow height as desired. It’s a big pain in the butt to fish out of the pound every few days to clear and put back to enjoy. Not worth it!

The media could not be loaded. This fountain works great. My pond was covered in duckweed. After a month of dying the pond blue and circulation from this pump my pond is almost perfect!! It’s simple to use, has an easy to just flow valve and a long waterproof power cord. I’m running mine off of 200 watt solar, 12volt 35 amp gel battery and a 750 watt inverter. It hasn’t died once. It’s been 20 degrees this week here in Crocket Texas. And, the circulation has definitely helped the pond to keep from Icing over.

Perfect addition to a mid size pond. I wish if I could control the lights manually, three colours are on a cycle. Will be putting it on a Wi-Fi switch. Excellent product!

Unfortunately this fountain only worked for about a day and a half; then the pump failed. The lights were great and the fountain itself was nice, but with the pump failing so quickly, we returned this item.

I bought this unit awhile ago. Wanted to give it a thorough try before reviewing. This unit is great! Easy set up and I added a remote to it and it is beautiful! My pond is fairly large and I also added a filter bag ($20)over pump to protect it. I very satisfied!

Our residents love it

The product looked really good, however I could not use it because it has a warning on the label cautioning about touching the water when it is in use, risk of electric shock and I didn't trust the product based on that warning.
