Love this variety Pack. Now I know what flavor my family likes. Actually, every flavor was favored by someone. We had fun trying different flavors on different meats and picking our favorites. This is great for a first-time smoker to find your favorite.

I use these fine sized pieces with my cold smoking gun. I've done fish, beef, chicken and interesting cocktails. the variety of flavors is nice, and the ease of smoking in a pan on the counter can't be over estimated.For meat, I use an 18qt sous vide tub, and plastic-wrap the top (with the tube in the wrap). Then I do two or three cycles of smoke, using only a tiny bit of wood chips. Adds a very nice flavor to foods, hickory smoked meat in salads (chicken, turkey, etc) tastes so much better than plain meat.

My fault for not realizing how small these bags are took two different bags to complete my smoked chicken. I used orange and peach.

Just received this order today and was disappointed in the size of the wood chip bags. They areTINY!! May be able to get 1 smoking session from each. Had I known they were so small I would not have ordered this.
