Italian Sweet Honey with Oregano, Artisan Production (Dolce Miele ai Fiori di Origano)

This is wonderful honey, with a lovely delicate flavor. The texture is thick and grainy because it is raw, all raw honey is like this. Heating it and stirring it won't change it, but I have used it making desserts and it incorporates nicely. It is only processed honey that is liquidy.

Exquisite tasting honey from the motherland. I didn't honestly think that oregano honey would taste all that different from regular honey, but it really does. It's got such a rich flavor and lovely texture. I'm thrilled by this purchase, it was absolutely worth the price.

Grainy - tried to warm , stir it but wasn't worth the effort. Nothing wrong with it except California honey if fresher and easier.
