Parts don’t match. Parts missing
I bought this twice. The first time it put together perfectly and easily and lasted a few months but the netting broke which allowed lizards to eat the caterpillars. Seller was gracious and sent me a new set. 2nd set Put together easily again and netting broke in a few months. This is the second one I purchased and the PVC stretch the netting so tight that I cld not fit all the connections together. I hope I can still use it although it’s pretty expensive for not working right. I need the enclosure right away bc I have a lot of caterpillars to protect right now so I can’t return it, perhaps within the 30 days9/4/24: I took the enclosure apart and fit it back together and it fit fine. Worked well. Very thin so air can get through and Anya cannot penetrate. But can easily rip if u r not careful when opening and closing the enclosure. I released about 4 butterflies per day!!!!

EDITED REVIEW - Incredibly hard to assemble - doesn’t hold up to normal use
I bought this product because it looked super sturdy. Sadly it was almost impossible to put together. Even using a mallet to assemble the frame tightly, I could barely pull the netting to reach the top poles. Was so excited when I got it set up without tearing. Then I discovered how hard it is to close the zipper. I could see the netting stretched at the top where the zipper meets and figured that would be torn before my caterpillars could even pupate. Then tonight (just 48 hrs after building this thing with much sweat and a fair bit of swearing) I notice the netting has torn away from the top of the plastic - an area I haven’t even touched unlike the side where I open the zipper. Holding it together with duct tape to prevent the caterpillars from escaping as they seek out a place for their metamorphosis. Really disappointing for the price point. Especially as I see other corner of the same side is equally strained and beginning to separate. There’s no way this would hold up to a cleaning at the end of the season.I really want to love this product. It’s a great size, and is a nice habitat for viewing the caterpillars and keeping them safe. But it should last longer than 2 days for what I paid. I wanted to reach out to the seller but since Amazon handles the shipping, my only recourse seems to be to return the item. Kind of hard when I’m expecting a caterpillar to pupate soon.UPDATE - Shortly after publishing this review, I heard from the seller. They offered to refund my money or send me another unit. I opted for the refund as I think I will try one of the pop up options next season. I stand by my statement that it is difficult to assemble as the netting is tight to put on the frame. So if I had it to assemble again, as soon as I felt how tight the fabric fit was I would stop the process and hammer the frame more to try to ensure it was really as snug as it should be. I’ll also add that despite the tear, this performed as it should we’ve had the joy of seeing close to 20 caterpillars become butterflies. I’m looking forward to ordering another and doing this again next year! Kudos to the company for making good on their commitment to customer service. This alone has earned them all the stars!

Net Does Not Fit Over Frame
Great concept! I was so looking forward to this for my monarch caterpillars.. they have been being killed by hornets.. in theory, the design is perfect. The problem.. the net is too short length wise by at least 5 inches.. it will not fit over the frame. I followed the instructions to a T.. measured the frame and the net and it's off... by a lot! 😢EDIT: The seller contacted me and refunded my money.. thank you! Stand up company.

Parts do not fit properly...ripped. *** update
The media could not be loaded. Update: the seller reached out to me and offered a refund without me having to package it all up and bring it back to UPS which I very much appreciate because my weekends are extremely busy and there's no way for me to drop it off during the work week. Maybe I had a one off with material who knows but I've updated my stars based on them fixing my issue.I made a pretty long video so that everyone could see what the troubles were and how I followed the directions perfectly yet the poles are either too long or the fabric is too short and I figured it was going to rip and no matter how I tried to slowly stretch the material and push the poles into the connectors as hard as I could it's ripped and I haven't even used it other people complain about it and it's just not worth the money also it's extremely frustrating when you have to then take the time out to get to a UPS Store and return the item because it is now another thing that I need to do that wasn't on my to-do list

Super netted enclosure
Easy to assemble, the zipper is so easy to use. It is tall enough too accommodate a tall plant, best enclosure ever!

Follow the directions on how to put it together, Works perfectly.
OK, first, make sure you follow the instructions on how to install the screen over the frame. And make sure that the frame is fully engagued with each other part that it is made to connect to. I used a leather ended hammer to smack the plastic piping of the "frame" together, so they are all firmly seated. What all of this does is make the Frame itself is as "Short and Small" as possible so that the netting part fits over it as it is VERY taunt when enclosing the frame. It looks quite nice though when done as it stretches the material and makes it very tight. As far as being "a heavy duty" anything, not a chance. But will it keep in or out the smallest of insects, yeah pretty much. I'm going to put a few Tomato plants in mine and see if it keeps the White Flies off of them and the Yellow Curly Leaf Tomato Virus from them. During the summer months. If ti can do that, it can keep anything away. We'll see.

Needs to be stronger
Sadly too flimsy, zip was broken when taken it out the package, there was some tears in it I believe from the zip. Very disappointed, had been keeping it until butterflies were ready. Not a cheap item either, Gonna have to buy something else.

Good! Does the job
Easy to put together though putting the net over it is a pain. But does the job!
