True Rodent Guard
This stuff is amazing, I haven’t had rodent problems since I packed this into crevices in my roof.It handles like a cactus and pricks anything that tries to grab onto it.I covered a square foot hole in my foundation with it. Put rocks on top to prevent mice from pushing it. Let’s just say the original dirt tunnel became a whole excavation site. Fortunately for me, the mice gave up. They didn’t even try pulling on the material either.Nothin like sharp pain to deliver a subtle message.I would definitely wear puncture resistant gloves, but bare hands is possible. It is water permeable, fyi.

Surprisingly good solution, worth the extra cost!
Xcluder is a very effective way to block holes and gaps where critters can come in. I've used it to block obvious gaps around pipes, gaps in siding, gaps around garage doors. I even used it to prevent rodents from getting into our outdoor AC unit. They had been getting in and gnawing on the wiring requiring multiple service calls. Once I realized what the root cause was I filled the gaps in the AC housing using Xcluder and the problem was solved permanently.Excluder is much stronger than steel wool, but still can be cut with a scissors. Xcluder comes in a long roll so you can fill a large area without leaving gaps between the separate pieces of steel wool. And Xcluder doesn't rust. It's spongy and springy so it fills the hole and then reexpands slightly to stay in place naturally. Steel wool tends to stay squished once it's compressed, Xcluder bounces back.I was surprised how effective and useful Xcluder is and always keep some on hand. Our home is out in the countryside and critters are a constant battle, but once I find the access point Xcluder is my go-to solution to keep them out.

Worked for bats and wasps
This stuff works for more than just rodents! We had an issue with bats roosting and wasps making nests behind the shutters on our house for years. We recently had the house painted and installed new shutters. We shoved this stuff behind the new shutters after installation in any areas where the shutters didn’t sit totally flush against the house and it solved the problem. I even heard some bats at the beginning of the summer trying to return to their old spots, but they couldn’t get in!By the way, we asked our pest control company at first to take care of the bat problem and they quoted us hundreds of dollars to do basically the same thing as this. My husband did this himself in an hour!

Would buy again
Had a constant issue with mice around a garage door. Installed this and now haven't had any issues for months. Includes a good amount of the product and was easy to use.

Protect your structures, and protect yourself while installing
I really appreciate the result from this product. Rodents do not like it and it has made a huge difference by plugging holes where they creep in. I went from a mouse a day to none. You would be surprised how small a hole gives them access. I learned about it from a professional after a service call that totally worked. My only complaint is when you cut the material and shove it into holes, fibers are released into the air that get on your skin, clothes, eyes, and your breathing. Make sure to be properly protected so it doesn't get on you or in you. Also wear work gloves, there are metal fibers woven into the material that will pierce your skin.

Mouse Free for a Year!
We originally bought 1 package that came with scissors and gloves. We have a remote cabin and the mice had infiltrated it, coming in every crack and crevice, including the electrical outlets. We no longer us the original power due to them chewing through the wiring and fear of a fire. At one point the mice ate through the plastic packaging and through the gloves but they are easily replaced at any auto or hardware store. The scissors are still working. We learned that mice will pull the fill out if it's not tightly packed in. In some areas packing it in while adding a rodent block foam or caulk can help if it's hard to get a tight pack. Sometimes in particularly popular rodent runs we shook a fair bit of Cayenne Pepper into the block, foam and caulk as we worked. After battling them with foams, caulks, scents, baits and poisons for years, only adding Xcluder did the trick to truly stop them from getting in.We did order the 3 roll pack and my only surprise was that it didn't arrive in anything other than a box. We transferred each roll to gallon zip locks and plan to continue our quest to de-mouse some of the other structures.

Keeps the Mice Out
We live in the country, so mice come in from the fields when it gets cold... and INTO YOUR HOUSE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS STUFF! Put this in any crevice where that they might find appealing, and problem solved. A little goes a long way.

Great stuff
This product was recommended to me by a person who works for an extermination service. We used it to fill holes around plumbing and electrical cords in our camper. It's kind of spendy, but it's worth every penny if it will keep disgusting mice out of my camper!!! So far so good!! Filled the holes 3 months ago. No more mice. Another positive about this stuff, it doesn't rust like regular steel wool. I would but again
