Used to connect range hood out the gable instead of out the roof where snow had blown into vent and melted down into the hood and cabinet. Worked great. Install into existing siding was not hard.

Just what I needed for permanently exhausting a portable heat pump through the exterior wall of our sunroom project. The specifications were detailed enough to know that it would work with the unit before I ordered it.

Bought it for our range hood, which has a 6" vent. It is so much better than the usual metal vent cover, very attractive and easy to install.

Best 6" hood vent I can find. No issues. I recommend a 6 1/4 to 6 3/8 minimum hole saw diameter.

Not impressed at all. This feels very cheap and I am not sure how long it will hold up to the north east weather. The item I was sent is used with out a doubt so quality assurance is poor. Oil and dirt stains were present.

Looks and feels like a quality product for the most part. However, the flap doesn’t lay flat and appears it will allow air to leak in and bugs to get in.
