Easy to use, great flavour
The flavour is smooth and strong. Super-easy and convenient to make. A sturdier anchor would've been great, but overall it's a nice way to explore good Vietnamese coffee at home. The first time I made it, I found it a little bitter. But then I added some milk and a little sugar to the water to be poured over the next time, and that fit quite well.😅

Sorry to give this product less than it deserves , but seriously it's not value for money. It only had 10 coffee pouch which equals only 10 cups of amazing, roast , flavourful coffee.Though the taste gave me satisfaction , it's price will make me unable to buy it again for a long time.I have nearly tried (mind it , nearly, not all ) all the coffee on Amazon .Beanly is one of my top picks.I ll buy you again soon if my pocket allowes me to.

Doesn't taste like the Dark Roast shipped from Whole Bean Coffee Co
Disappointed. The Dark Roast shipped from Whole Bean was fresh and had a great flavor, which is why I ordered it again. But, this one was shipped from Amazon and tastes stale and off-flavored.Also, Whole Bean shipped the sachets in strong cardboard packaging, whereas Amazon sent them in a flimsy paper box that was partly damaged.

Insect Brewing Coffee? Insectly or Beanly
An insect was found in a bag. I wrote an email to Beanly Support Team but their answer is simply that I have to raise a complaint to Amazon since I purchased it from Amazon. Even the seller on the platform is Beanly itself. I can't understand why the support team just try to neglect this issue even though I shared with the support team the invoice and the batch number for their further investigation. Anyway, as per their request, I raise a complaint here.

Thick bag filter
The dip bag has a thick parchment. The Coffee takes a long time to brew because of that. But otherwise, the taste is great! Perfect for me!

Convenient but gross.
