Do you makes ones that fit 48mm screw top jugs?

Not sure what size jug is 48mm, but best fit for my 3, 4, and 5 gallon jugs. Highly recommend

Will these work with older glass carboys?

Hello, unfortunately, I don't think they will fit, but if you want to measure the opening you can try it. The Jug Plug will fit an opening that is 45mm in diameter. That is just the size of the open area of the top, which does not include the plastic top, or in your case glass.

I don't know it it's dishwasher safe or not. They are made of rubber. I don't see any reason to have to put it in the dishwasher. Especially since it's only being used on a water bottle for storage. FYI... they do leak when storing bottles in a rack with bottled on their sides.
