A few thoughts after approx 20 miles of riding.Assembly, instructions are ok but not great, fairly straightforward process but detailed instructions in good English would not hurt.No included instructions for changing some of the hidden features within the display. (Unlock full speed/throttle only mode). Had to find a YouTube video to learn these options.Solid construction, was shipped safely and quickly. Battery came with fairly decent charge to start. Tires were very low out of the box.Not a huge fan of the front suspension, would be better with a lockout feature, does not handle potholes and such well with the soft front suspension. Also mounting supports for led light are poor, light bounces around a lot even just riding on a sidewalk.At this point I feel it was decent buy at the early prime day price $1300. I am curious how it will last over time, riding it 2 miles per day as a commuter bike, will update moving forward.

Straight out of the package. It was easy to assemble, they give you everything you need with the exception of threadlocker which is needed for the kickstand, and was delivered about two weeks earlier than expected. I have test rode this bike all over town to stress test the range of the battery and is exactly as advertised. I made no modifications other than adding a milk crate (that I purchased from another distributor) and attached a little trailer on it for extra storage since I now use this exclusively to go to work and to be used at work to get around much faster than on foot. It goes from 0-20 mph really quickly so go easy on the throttle. It will whiskey throttle you. Top speed about 30 mph with me, full basket and trailer with about 50 pounds in it. All mainly tools. (I am a maintenance worker for property management.) It charges from basically dead to full battery in about 5 hours. Simply plug and play. As for comfort. My hands do not get fatigued nearly as much as other bikes I have rode. The back lacks suspensions but is made up for by the seat, really comfortable. The headlight is legit a motorcycle headlight so it offers really good visibility for you at night and the break light makes it safer for people to see you at night. This has been my go-to ride since I've gotten it and I am still beyond impressed with this e-bike. I really was expecting something really cheaply made but this isn't! Very robust.I could not be any happier with this bike. Solid 10/10

This bike offers some speed similar to better known brands for a lower price. The acceleration isn't super quick but then I'm 200lbs...I was still able to get it up to 30mph on a flat road, someone lighter than me could probably get it going faster. Comes with a 3 amp charger which is good because the battery is a whopping 20ah!! The front light is nice-looking but the mounting bracket lets it jiggle a lot - I'll have to come up with a method to reinforce it. No gears, it’s like a fixie with peddle assist or twist throttle. Tip: you can take the battery out and lift the bike and the battery separately when putting it in a truck/SUV...the battery seems to be close to half the weight of the bike, or at least 1/3.

Great bike but after not even 50 miles it turned off and won’t turn back on

The only thing I dislike about this bike is the anticipation of waiting for it although it did come early I was just very excited I shopped for a very long time over the winter months for an E bike stuck in the house for so long some friends of mine and I have planned on doing bike trails in the spring this bike is so awesome even the young guy stopped me and asked me where did I get this bike you can sell these bikes out probably within a day when I sent several people back to the site they were all sold out the bike is sleek cool I will say it is the Maserati of E bikes It had everything I wanted on a bike other bikes that had these features cost upwards of 3000 up to $5000 again did I mention I’m a granny with a 25-year-old grandson you can do the math but they can’t keep up with this old girl

There's no instruction manual and I can't seem to get the headlight working out of the box. Amazon customer support says it's a manufacturer issue, but they have no contact info for the manufacturer...

I like that it has a bell and a really big light to be able to see better at night

This is a great bike to have and it has a lot of power! The customer service is phenomenal! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking.
