I have been using Turmeric for a long time, usually cooking. I saw the Turmeric essential oil and knew I wanted to try it. Turmeric has a lot of benefits whichever way you use it. The 30ml bottle is very advantageous and lasts quite well. Not to be used direct on skin, can be used with a carrier oil of your choice, or moisturiser, Cetraben emollient is great cream to use, so soft and can easily be bought online or virtually any shop. I use other carrier oils, Greenwood’s have their own carrier oil, I also use Emu oil, all Greenwood’s that I have tried have been very nice. This is a really good quality oil, yellowish in colour, and with a distinct odour. I use it for my arthritis, using it in a base oil to alleviate stuff joints and in back massage. Most essential oils should be used in a carrier oil, but definitely this one, as used neat it will stain, and it can be hard to remove! (Turmeric powder is used as a dye in eastern countries, giving cloth that lovely golden colour, which is some indication of its strength.) However, it's benefits are worth taking a little care, and the price is very good for the quality of the product. It comes with an inner cap and a separate pipette. I recommend this highly.
