I got this last year for Christmas!It’s been threw snow, yes you need to clear off roof, Heavy downpours, yes you need to caulk around edges which is recommended. Been threw Hellawinds, and it stood tall, no issues. Took several days to put together, I suggest using a wooden platform for sturdiness. Works great. Sliding door has begun to stick recently! It is very tedious, agrivating, time consuming, but worth it in the end once it’s done.

THIS IS NOT AN EASY TO ASSEMBLE PRODUCT AND SOME OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE HARD TO FOLLOW, BUT ONCE TOGETHER IT LOOKS GREAT AND SEEMS VERY STURDY.THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID 2 PEOPLE ABOUT 5 HOURS TO ASSEMBLE - BUT THIS TOOK MULTIPLE 5 HOUR DAYS TO ASSEMBLE AND THE VENT ON THE ROOF DOES NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY

Attempted to assemble this by myself. Eventually needed help. Seems sturdy but I won't know until after tonight's storm and 60 mph gusts.

I had a panel blow away and there is no information on how to order replacement panels

We are having problems putting this together. As seen in other reviews. We have looked for a phone number for help and no luck! We call Amazon and they are having no luck with a phone number either. I do not understand how they sell an expense product and that they do not have customer Service phone number. The video looks good, but the kid in the video goes way too fast. We have re-played the video lots of times. If they reach out and take care of us, I will re-write the review. We were very excited to get this and would be happy if we can get it put together.

Unbelievably tedious to put together. Instructions not that clear. If I ever get it assembled I will write another review

Where to start..1st the directions for assembly were vague and with no explanations or blow up diagrams to help to make sense of the process.The hardware is nowhere near a standard to hold together a structure. 10mm bolts and nuts, less than 8mm long just don't have the required surface area to connect the building in a way that would provide enough sturdiness. Combine with the fact that most surfaces connect via a trough/slot system vs a actual hole for the bolt to fit thru makes this a nightmare to put together and to adjust as you are slogging thru the inadequate directions to assemble. The panel slots for the panels to fit into are also lacking severly. Nowhere near deep enough to hold them in place. A mild to moderate wind will pop them out with hardly any effort. Finally the base.. this is the most incorrect and laughable part of the description. It states a galvanized sturdy base to attached the frame to. This is nothing more than a flimsy upgraded aluminum, which is caused the source of two separate collapses as the frame became pried loose from the base.Altogether, don't waste your time and extra money you will have to spend to shore up such a pitiful product. Spend your time and money with another company that cares and backs its greenhouses. My wife has contacted them on numerous occasions and we get minimal to no response with the blame put on us. They gave us the runaround about how we had to prove that we purchased it, requiring a picture of the shipping label, etc.I just hope someone in this company has some pride and wants to do the right thing with regards to their customer service but I won't hold my breath.Take my advice and stay away from this product.
