I've bought these before. Since knee replacement revision, my left leg is 5 centimeters longer than my right. I need to put a heel lift in my right shoe. I like to use them in different shoes and since I made one permanent in a sandal I needed more for other shoes. They help but I'm still uneven.

I like that i Can slip the insert into any shoe I please. The sticky wore out pretty quickly so it starting rolling to the front.
