So the design of this light is nice. Seems very common and there are a few knock-offs out there. Not sure if any of them are the same or worse but I bought this because of the good reviews and the price. After charging this overnight, I gave it a test run. First off, the band is way too tight even on the loosest setting. My head is very average (just under 24" in circumference) After a few minutes of wearing it, there is a very red and noticeable mark left on my head. Maybe after some time, the band will stretch out a little and become a little more comfortable. The light itself is pretty bright and it can be adjusted easily. The different modes were nice however, the only real use I could see for having the strobe would be to induce epileptic seizures on someone. The cover for the battery is a bit odd as it is just a formed rubber/silicone "cap" that goes over the edge. I am not sure how much use the first charge got out of it but it really didn't seem incredibly long. I was wearing it and I was thinking that it really isn't that great and my cheap energizer one was blowing it away. I figured maybe it needed to be charged and then it was back to super awesome brightness. I have a very nice 3 cell mag LED light and it looks like the headlamp blows it a way. For some things, even the lowest setting is actually overkill but that's not really a bad thing. I also noticed that it does seem to get a bit on the warm almost hot side after wearing it for awhile. So far, I like it and would buy it again. We will see how it holds up.

As I stop to write this review, I noticed that this light has 100% of five stars, that should in itself say volumes.I got this a few days ago, and was not sure about it since I never had such a light, always had flashlights and when I've had to do repairs, had flash lights in between my teeth or had a magnetic work light. So, when I got this, it looked impressive, has ability to charge in a car lighter, a USB attachment or to your home electric outlets, it has all three charging options with the proper accessories. The batteries are housed in an easy to remove rubber water proof cover. My first charge took a long time, and I was concerned that this is a lemon and would have to return it. So, I read the brief enclosed instructions and on the last page, it clearly says, "remove batteries from plastic covering". Duh! Of course it wouldn't charge that way. I removed the plastic and waited a total of 8 hours for the charge to take place, future charges will be 6 to 8 hours.I turned this baby on inside the house, and it lit up like a spot light!! I went outside to my back yard, and tried it in all three lighting modes, and it was IMPRESSIVE!!! Heck, it IS a spot light on your head! I have no use for and no idea why they have the last mode, the flashing light! Who would wear a flashing light on their heads? Why would they do that? Anyway, if you need a light that is really powerful, get this one!I have also ordered spare batteries with a charger for them because otherwise you have to remove the flashlight batteries and insert replacement batteries to charge them. By having a separate charger, I have a stand by set of batteries that can be used right away while the drained batteries are being charged.

I've gone through several "Atomic Beam" brand headlights which are sold at Bed, Bath and Beyond Stores, Walmart and elsewhere.I found this particular headlight to be FAR SUPERIOR in durability and light output. The one feature I miss, however, which the Atomic Beam Headlamp had was the variable adjustment on the main light allowing infinitely variable adjustment between long distance spot and close-up flood lighting.This headlamp comes with two of the rechargeable Lithium 3.7 volt Batteries and a Dual battery compartment for extra long times between recharges. One of the really GREAT features too was that the batteries can be charged WITHOUT having to remove them via the charging plug right on the battery compartment. Lastly, making it even better, it comes with an AC wall charger and cord as well as a 12-volt car charger which I keep in the car.I plan to order a second of these amazing headlamps, and when you consider the two 3.7-Volt batteries included ($8 to $10 value right there) and having extra chargers, this will likely be my own personal standard-issue headlamp of choice as long as they keep making them!

Very bright headlamp with settings of 1,2,or all 3 leds lit at a time. Kind of uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Also includes a strobe setting and the back of the battery box glows red when lamp is on to alert those behind you of your presence in front pf them. Batteries can be charge with one of the 3 different chargers by way of a covered port on the battery case. No need to remove batteries to charge them. A plug in wall charger, usb cable, and a car cigarette lighter come included. This is a very good headlamp for the low price. The only thing I do not like is the statement that this is waterproof. It in my opinion is not. The main cable is a properly booted heavy cable. Waterproof? Who knows, the connections from the large main led to the side pods that house the othe leds are plainly visible thin single wires that are open to the elements in the rear of the housings.Still cannot beat the price . I would buy this again. Vendor should remove the waterproof claim. It probably would not matter to most and might even make it sell faster.

This flashlight is really amazing. Very very very much bright. As described it's really helpful in running, fishing, hunting , scuba diving ..... another thing is light weighted and properly fitted on head ..... since rechargeable no issue with battery..... overall a very good product

My main concern is regarding the battery backup. I was using an imported headlight with the same type of battery. It was 2200mAh and it weights almost 41Grams. But this product has a battery of 6800mAh but the weight of the battery is only 23Grams. That is very abnormal...So the details printed on the battery is wrong. They are cheating the customers those who are not aware of these type of details.Item purchased from another leading online site for 400 rupees headlight gives more than 3 hours running time. But this light only lasts for 30 minutes in the low mode. If I use high mode then it will be less than that.

Amazing product. Working as a forest officer, it is much required for me for night duty..... another thing is light weighted and properly fitted on head ..... overall a very good product with chargerable battery.

If you're looking for a hands free bright light, this is the one you want. It has rechargeable batteries that took a few hours to fully charge. The straps that keep it in place are all adjustable so no. Good quality light for the price
