Good while it lasted.
Good while it lasted. This is my second one of these. The first failed after about a year. This one failed after five months. I think a surge did both of them but not sure.I'll look for something different.UPDATE:This company is something special. I contacted them and they explained what I was doing wrong. Apparantly the power supply couldn't handle 10 external HDD's.They refunded BOTH my previous purchases and I have bought the 13 way which has a 6A power supply.

Good solid piece of kit!
Fast and reassuringly solid and with individual switches on all ten ports it looks a perfect fit for my midi project. Individual channel lights are behind a mirrored strip and not easily visible unless viewing at the correct angle to the strip, but not something to be deterred by so buy this or the longer model

Inferior product
Had this for just under 2 years when it failed. Their website says 2 year guarantee and they will reply to emails within 24 hours. That hasn't happened. As I use my high speed usb regularly I decided to read some reviews and bought a S-B----T as I was never really happy with this one anyway as it was very temperamental. Boy what a surprise when I put the S-B----T through it's paces. I really didn't know what i'd been missing insomuch as I had put up with varying slow speed and loss of connection which I had thought was down to the relatively newer USB technology. I WAS WRONG it was simply down to an inferior product and in some ways i'm glad this one failed because I now have a product that actually performs as it should. I would not recommend anyone buying this make!.UPDATE I must add that whilst I may not be happy with their product I can verify that their customer service is excellent as it appears that they were on holiday when I emailed them so I apologise for jumping the gun because I ulimately received a refund and considering there was just a couple of weeks to go on the 2 year guarantee this is indeed a company with first class customer service. Shame about the product!!

Seems to be pretty sturdy and working well
I wish the buttons were the same side as the lights as it is difficult to see both at the same time. The USB cable is pathetically small so I had to buy a replacement. Otherwise all seems good 👍

Not a great design, it works but does have some issues
The bad-1 Star: I seem to have intermittent connectivity with my logitech wireless keyboard and mouse when the dongles are plugged into this. The usb receivers now live in my pc usb ports.-1 Star: The design of this thing is not the best. If you want to use this thing under your monitor on your desk, the way it is designed is to sit flat with cables sprouting from it, this looks like a right mess and cable management is just not possible. Also the pull on the cables will often not allow it to sit flat even thouggh it is made out of metal (which I think may be the reason why the usb wirelress receivers don't work very well in it).-0 Star: I would remove a star for this but you will get the problem with all the others also so I will be nice. The cable that is supplied is typically not long enough for most people, and it wasn't for me, as expected, which is why I ordered a cable while purchasing this thing. But for the price I was hoping for a decent cable.- It's expensiveThe good / ok- I quite like the power buttons (nice to turn external ssd and mic off)- Lots of ports- Feels well made- LEDs are nice, glaring blue though, luckily I have it on it's side facing out to not look like it's sprouting cables which covers up the LEDs
