Not my favorite but certainly better than nothing.
I didn't know what to expect from a non-latex earplug. Oticmed gets a star just for making these latex free. But, compared to latex foam plugs, these don't feel as nice, squish down as well, or stay compressed as long. It's hard to get them in your ear canal because they want to spring back to shape. With some very firm squishing and very fast placement, after a few attempts, I managed to get a few mm of the product in each canal. I had to hold them in place as they expanded. They wanted to creep/pop out but once they expanded they stayed put. I was careful not to turn on my side because I felt pretty sure they would fall out if touched. It sounds icky, but I think they will perform better after the absorb some ear wax. That should keep them from expanding as quickly.I like that they come with a little holder. These are an obstrucion hazard for small dogs. Dogs generally love earwax and eating earplugs is like a treat to them. To keep your pet safe, use the plastic holder that come with these, and keep that in a drawer away from dogs and cats.

Hard and dense and uncomfortable. I'll keep using Mack's instead (purple ones)
I've been using Mack's slim fit earplugs for several years (the purple ones) and decided to give this brand a try just to try something new. They are very hard and stiff and dense. Not easy to roll to get into ear at all. Then when they are in ear they do not feel small at all. These are hard and uncomfortable and difficult to get in. I will not buy again.

Quite possibly the hardest to put in ear plugs I have ever used. It’s almost impossible to roll them tight enough to get properly in my ear canals. I’ve given up and they are going in the trash.

These don't compress.
Not a fan of these ear plugs. They don't compress at all and are tough to get in my ear. When I do get them in my ear, I can still hear everything as if I didn't have them in at all.

These are really small. I thought they'd be more comfortable for my woman sized ears than some of the other brands I've tried but they're definitely more suited for a very petite adult or a child.

Not for adults
I bought them thinking they were for adult ears only smaller, but they are definitely intended for children. But they do work well according to my daughter.

Tiny & hypoallergenic ear plugs
Perfect fit for someone with tiny ears and I am so glad I don't wake up feeling itchy.

They're ok
They do not stay in the ear well. They work well when they are in, though.
