Died after 3 years of light use. No support or website.

This chair was fine until it died after using it maybe 50 times over 3 years. There is no comprehensive manual to explain the error code we're getting, no website to go to for help, only a phone number that is never answered except for an always full mailbox voicemail. Do not buy from this company!!I've now heard back from the company after finding a way to contact them through Amazon, and Andre has promised a replacement part will be shipped to me to fix the problem. If all goes well, I will amend this review more favorably.
