2 Pack Calico HOT Shot 2 Wind Resistant Lighters

Use these for two purposes. One for lighting the grille and kindling for bonfires, and the other for lighting my propane burner that's used for brewing beer and random indoor things. The one for light the grill stopped working after maybe 5 or 6 uses. The electronic sparker stopped sparking, still has a lot of fluid left. So far, the other one has survived, but who knows for how long. To give credit where credit is due though, these do work pretty well even when it's windy.

The first lighter worked fine and I was impressed by the flame that came out. The second one works sometimes but mostly not. I don't throw it because it's the best lighter I have had to light my wood stove but I wish it would light all the time. Would I order again? Probably not because using a match is easier and more reliable (and cheaper).

I ordered the hot shot lighters even though they were quite more expensive only because I had previously bought the hot shot which was so easy to use. This time I had an extremely hard time getting it to strike. I ended up replacing it with the cheaper kind.

Ordered to light grill and candles. One of the 2 starters ordered did not work at all! The 2nd one is difficult to start and doesn't perform as well as earlier models of this item that I've ordered.

These are the best lighters EVER. I had one that I've used for a while - mainly to light candles, but it is incredible. No weak flame type....more like a safe blow torch. You could definitely use this in high force winds. Very dependable. I just bought two more!

I have a bit of arthritis in my fingers and these are the easiest for me to use with a lighter touch to the trigger

I am rather disappointed with these. Its a 2 pack but one of them don't spark anymore so it won't flame anymore.

Periodically works. When it works it's great. It just doesn't always work and can be extremely frustrating. We have only used it indoors.
