I have a high/special needs 6 year old. I'm always looking for options to help him stay on task and/or make the right choice. I use these punch cards to reinforce when he independently makes good choices or successfully uses self-calming techniques before destroying stuff around the house. With the concept of rewards explained to him, the results have been very positive. He has begun to recognize when a choice is incorrect, needs correction, or is the right choice. He also gets to pick what he's working for (i.e. to pay off an item he's broken, an afternoon treat of frozen yogurt, or even $5 for doing chores all week without mommy having to remind him, etc.) The applications of this concept are endless.

These are very nice the kids will like them
