I bought this with the hopes that it helped with my anxiety when i have to fly. and this little thing works wonders. I am able to heat it up quickly and take it with me. The smell for me is relaxing and it helped to release my anxiety while on my flight. I now take this every where with me. Perfect item

Very comfortable. The fit is great. Just cannot keep mine because of the scent.Amendment to review.Unbelievably nice company. They contacted me right away when they saw that the scent bothered me. They refunded my money and I have orders another one that is scent free.This product works very very well and is very comfortable. It was just the scent.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far the BEST neck pad ever....very comfortable and snug. You can take the bag inside and place in freezer for a nice cool, relaxing sensation or when heated (as my mom did in pic). She says that it makes her soooo relaxed and the heat isn't overwhelming. It relieved her tightened muscles in her neck and by the way, there is no odor detected.This can replace your travel neck pillow. So if you are looking for relief on the go. This is it....must purchase one for myself now....Winner 🏆

Much smaller than I expected, but then again, it is a neck wrap. I wear it most of the time as the weather gets cooler. Keeps me warm.

I'm very pleased with my heating pad. I purchased the medium size and it's just right. The pad keeps it's warmth and doesn't get too hot.

Best heat pack I've purchased. Filling is packed tightly, perfect size for beck and the wider back section Is also perfect for the tummy. Versatile a good quality. And the lavender scent is likely all natural, very soothing.

I had purchased a similar heating bag about 10 years ago. I needed to replace it so I purchased this one after much looking for something similar to the one I previously had. When this one arrived it was tiny. Not what I was looking for. Soft, good material, I am sure good quality but not big enough for me.
