I have it on right now and it saved my sanity from a splitting headache that had me down for the count. This gets so cold that when you first put it on it turns your head into a popsicle. I'll slip this thing on for a few seconds at first just to numb my head enough so I can function again. Once it gets to the temp where you can wear it without getting frostbite it's a one way trip to relief.

Great product! So soft and silky. Slides on and off really easy without pulling on hair. Stays cold for a long time.

Overall it’s comfortable and relaxing but has some issues with the seams falling apart

I bought this on a whim when it was on sale for black Friday and was waiting to review it when I had a migraine. That hasn't popped up but I like it so much I figured I'd write a review anyway.The slight cool pressure it puts on my face helps me fall asleep faster at night. I find that it slips off in the middle of the night but that's okay because then it's usually cool again if I do wake up in the middle of the night.I find that this doesn't have to be refrigerated to be enjoyed. It is cool to the touch and doesn't get "hot" from being on your head. Having said that, it doesn't feel nearly as pleasant if it has been warmed before hand, like from accidentally laying on it. Freezing it makes it much too cold to wear continuously. I think it would be sufficiently cool from the fridge to alleviate migraines. I can't wait to try it out in the summer when it's so hot here.I already had to buy another one because my daughter kept filching mine.

Love how it's not bulky stays cold and fits firmly and snug. Ordering another. Definitely worth the value. Fits perfect on me and my kid. Super easy to use freezes quickly and love the bag it comes in to stop freezer smell. Bought 2.... this are amazing. Feels great on my skin and head.

Feels great, but my migraine doesn't really go away with it. It feels good while on. It is way heavier than I expected. Lifting it off the porch after delivered, I was thinking it was something else.I keep it in the freezer in its bag.I found its too cold to put directly over the eyes. Wait til it warms a bit, before doing so, or put cloth between eyes and the mask.Side note, makes my sister laugh at me when wearing it. Says I look like The Fly from the movie, when it's over my eyes. She took silly photos of me wearing it, which I won't share here, but it's brought us loads of laughter. She has it as my contact photo in her phone so she can laugh every time we chat. 😆I do recommend this product, as it feels good while it's on. The pressure is good as well.

I have a number of different cold caps that I keep in the freezer to rotate throughout my 18-hour migraines. This one is by far the most comfortable, but, it doesn't stay cold nearly as long as the others!

I like the product it get cold real fast, because I live in Canada it was already cold when I received it at my door (it’s currently winter time here right now).I didn’t really like the smell of it very much either (maybe because of my migraine) so I just used a cloth with some laundry soap and give it a wipe down and it made it smell better.It’s a bit more heavier than I expected but it’s very comfy on my head, although I kinda have a small head and it splits down a bit but it work-able.So I wish there where different sizes but over all very helpful with someone who is suffering from intense migraines.One note; although it gets cold fast, it doesn’t stay cold very long so I don’t think sleeping with it will be very helpful. Idk maybe I ll just shove another ice pack in with the cap for extra relief…..Still 5 star product! Thank you so much for this!

Buen producto, de buen tamaño y práctico pero dura solamente 20 min frío, yo me esperaba más.

I put it in the freezer and got it out ready to use, I found personally it was too cold so waited a while.It is well made, heavy, super soft comfortable over your eyes, went to bed in it as it was a scorching day and didn't go dark until around 10 ish , and I fell fast asleep.I would definitely recommend it to anyone for headaches or if you get hot or don't like the bright light while resting your eyes.

Aún no lo he probado, pero creo que es un buen sustituto del simple paño mojado en agua fresca.Tiene pinta de ser resistente e higiénico. Me gusta y he comprado dos.

Zue rst wa man etwas Skeptisch , aber hey sie hilft maximal nur 10 min mit Kälte . Sie schottet ein komplett ab nix sehe wenig hören und Kühlung für Kopf . Und schmerzen wurde besser. Bedenkt sie ist nicht dafür da und schmerzen verschwinden zulassen( ala magic) sondern damit es besser wird . Hollen uns noch ne 2te
