The media could not be loaded.  I have 3 cats. I've used a litter robot and pet safe automatic litter boxes. I bought this because it's a great design concept, but it definitely needs major upgrades and improvements.The collection tray is WAY too small. It MUST be emptied daily! The litter robot only needs to be emptied every 5-7 days.The listing shows 7L capacity, 3L waste capacity. I have no idea what this reference is for because it's definitely not litters as I had suspected.I love the concept. It would be perfect if they would increase the depth and holding capacity of the litter pan and collection drawer. They should, at a bare minimum, double the holding capacity.The litter also falls down between the tray for litter and waste because there's no flange to prevent it from happening. It makes pulling out the waste drawer messy. It also pushes a large amount of clean litter into the water pan. Half the waste pan gets filled with clean litter.Update 4/16/22I tried to like this litterbox, but after owning it for a short period of time I've come to realize that it's litterally the worst litterbox I've ever owned. It constantly rakes clean litter into the waste drawer in large amounts. Feces sticks to the rake constantly and needs to be scraped off repeatedly. This is part of the reason that litter keeps getting dumped into the waste bin. The rake should have been made out of metal wire in my opinion. Great concept design, but it was poorly executed. I'm returning this product.

The media could not be loaded.  I am IN LOVE with this cat litter BOX. As much as I ADORE my cat I dislike with all my heart that darn litter box. Out of the box is well THE BOX, the charger, scooper that fits in the side hole, baggies for over the poop holder, poop holder, and litter holder. Inside the box is this weird 'comb-like mechanism that is so cool to watch but it does move SLOW. The app is 'Honey Care' and connects through Bluetooth. There are three buttons on the front of the box lined vertically. The top button is to turn on the Bluetooth by holding it down for about 5 seconds. I wish they were labeled for I am not sure what the other 2 bottom buttons do but once it is activated it will be picked up by the app. It connects super easily and will tell you how many times the box is being used, manual poop scoop, and get to rename the box itself. It is awesome! Now the box itself is HUGE and does take quite a bit of space. However, it is not ugly and is quite attractive. Now the top does come off and is filled with vent air making it perfect for hot climates such as Arizona. Also, it was so cute that the he loves watching the scoop go back and forth. I do recommend this to anyone who loves their cat but HATES their poop. Thank you!

I was excited about this having an app I could monitor usage as one of my cats is a prolific producer of liquid waste. The sooner I know that the box has reached saturation, the less likely I will have to purchase a 4th automatic cat box in 5 years. I was disappointed to discover the app for this was unavailable on the app store, and couldn't find a reputable version of it on any of the trusted archive sites. It does its job as a litter box, but the upsell I was excited for doesn't exist anymore as it appears this box was discontinued. (Discontinuation isn't a problem for me, but it should be advertised as such.)

Don't waist your hard earned $ on this litter box! The prongs that ate supposed to scoop the waste are TOO far apart, so instead of scooping the waste it just breaks it up & gets stuck in the prongs which REALLY defeats the purpose of getting a automatic litter box when you STILL have to scoop & scrape every time manually too!

This litter box is trash you are better off with a regular litter box.This box does not clean any good,it's not worth the money.You can not let it go for more then one or two day's and when you empty the crap cathing box then you still have to scoop the litter part of the box so your doing to jobs instead of one.Do not buy.

The media could not be loaded.  Impressive & Simple…this liter box made my life easier and my cat’s life cleaner. The box is designed so well. It is easy and safe for my cat to use. It is also good at keeping dogs out of the liter. The top lid has small holes to clean my cat’s paws. The inside is designed to easily scoop the big clumps.This is great for when I’m away or on vacation. The APP is nice for some occasional check-ins while away. Not only does this box help make cleaning easier it also really helps with odor too.Finally, a cat liter box that works well!!!Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

Was satisfied with it until now. The rake is not working and cannot find any way to talk to someone about getting it fixed. It is only 7 months old. Some customer service would be really helpful.

This littler box works great even do sometimes I have to unplugged it so it keeps working is doing a perfect job. Until it doesn’t the warranty to return is for 30 days only what make it ridiculous because after a month is more hassle to be making it work, is a wasted money and I can’t believe that the warranty is not work for at least 90 days or up to a year maybe they already know that their product is useless and a really bad system I’m totally dissatisfied with it
