I was about to buy a Honeywell humidifier because all the positive reviews until my mom lent me her Beurer to try for a while. I fell in love with it, right away, this is what sold me:1. It is so efficient, it has 3 settings and it lasts almost 24 hours.2. It is very quiet, I have it in my baby's room and I love that the button turns off at night so no sound or light that disturbs my 9 month old.3. It is also compact and aesthetic, it is a better more convenient size for me. It has the strength of the big chunky ones with the convenience of easy storage.4. My baby has been with a cold (for almost a month now) and I love I can add some oil essences and it is a nice diffuser, it is an all-in-one.5. My selling point was that it doesn't need filters and it is very easy to clean. I didn't want to have to buy filters often.Overall, it is the best option out there, worth every penny.

Keeps turning off and/or signaling there is no water (light turns red) even when the thank is full. I have to unplug and empty the water that leaks in the base before being able to lauch it again. All this for it to run only a few minutes (less than 30). I checked the user manual, I'm doing everything correctly. I will be returning it. It's a shame because it's pretty, nice size and quiet. The on/off button is a quite bright though

I purchased this humidifier for my daughter because her dermatologist recommended so. I am familiar with Beurer so I went on their page and found it. The first thing that I attracted me was the design. other humidifiers I had looked at looked bulky. Then I read the reviews and was more encouraged to buy it.When it arrived, the humidifier was in its box but not inside another packing box. the shipping label was right on the Beurer box was seemed strange to me. it's the first time I see this and was worried that the humidifier was damaged. I unpacked it, it was fairly easy to set up and use. The only nuisance is that every time I have to fill the tank, I have to unplug the base and empty it too cuz there's a little bit of water left... other than that, it works ok. Also, I added a few drops of essential oils and I am pleased with the smell...it's not too strong...I am very happy with this brand and I already have other items on my wish list from Beurer.

This product was bought for a gift. It is both a humidifier and fragrance diffuser. The top portion is a reservoir that comes off so that you can fill it with water. Afterwards, you put on the cap and set it back onto the foundation. On the side of the foundation, there is a slot that comes out, where you can put an aromatherapy pad into. The pad needs to be soaked with a few drops of essential oil of your choice. The oils are not included, but they can be bought anywhere. When you turn this on, it is quiet. Sometimes I forget that it is even on. There are 3 modes when you've finished filling the water and inserting the oil pad. The first mode is "high" and the second mode is "low" which are the levels of vapor given off. The third mode is "sleep" mode that automatically turns off after 10 hours. This product was a real lifesaver during the extremely dry winters. It provided humidity and immersive fragrance without any hassle.

I don't have experience with other humidifiers so take it with a grain of salt. Perhaps in comparison this one shines above the others.On the bright side - the humidifier works well, and has several light and noise settings which are very good, especially if you have a sleeping baby in the room.Also, it supports both US and European voltage, which is a huge deal, so you can easily plug it in anywhere, and you only need a tiny plug adapter from US to what ever is your local plug scheme.To be improved:- The way the water tank works, is that the top part is taken off, and turn upside down to fill with water. It has a valve so that when you turn it back upright the water doesn't leak until you put it back in it's seat in the bottom part. However, what happens once it's connected, is that the valve opens and the water fills a cavity in the bottom part (which is then launched to the mist creation). The issue here is that the water moves between the top part, bottom part, and again the top part, so that if you shake or bump into the device, the water leaks through the seam between the parts. Even worse is that when you take it apart, there's a short while when the valve is still open, and the bottom cavity is full, so water is very likely to leak or splash.Also, while it looks very pretty , the plastic (and all the parts) feel kind of cheap and very light. While this isn't a huge problem, this adds to the issue of the device being very easy to knock or to disassemble by mistake, which leads to water splashes / leakage.

Easy to fill. Not too big. Lasts most of the night. Sized well for car travel to humidity air on ski trip. Low profile. stylish.. Have not used aroma part.. just in it for moisture in air.Not noisy. Nice lighting or turn off light option.Use purified water.

This device delivered this morning and I've been using it since then. Surprisingly quiet and it looks stylish in my living room. My living room is not so big so I think it's size is ideal for medium sized living rooms or large bedrooms.Another advantage is it has dual voltage, means you can take it to Europe and start to use it without a voltage converter.My only criticism is, the top part is has no lock. A simple lock and a release button could have been useful and safer.I'm really happy with my purchase and recommend it for those who wants to buy a humidifier and diffuser.

Wouldn't recommend this product. After using it for 5 weeks, the plastic began deteriorating around the essential oil tray area and cracked on the bottom. When I contacted Amazon, since it was over the 30 day return policy, the only thing that they could do is refer me to the manufacturer.. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the customer service.
