Very Impressive for the money, Buggy App Though
So far a very impressive device. Connecting the first time wasn't as easy and scanning etc. I had to search for the device, and i think it may have been due to being on my work wifi. Once i had the device connected it worked as expected and i have been very impressed with it. I will reset this device and add it at home using that wifi to see if it is as easy as stated. I cant seem to find anyway to shut the yellow and red led off when it is plugged in.So far it seems a very good cam, okay optics and decent distance, but i wasn't expecting too much.Con. manual needs to be reworked not very clear and doesn't seem contain all info. e.g. image e.g. how to insert SDcard.Con. 2 the app is very buggy, I am using a Samsung 8+, there are times i have to reboot my phone just to get the app to connect to the camera remotely. It did work great for the first few days but attempted to delete file from download list and it locked up and hasn't work right since.

Does not work with iOS 12 on iPhone XS Max
UPDATE: Upon trying to contact customer support, which of course is in China, I filled out their online form and it repeatedly would not send, instead stating, “Warm tips Sorry!Send failed.” At this point, I think I’ll dispute the charge on my credit card and be done with this silliness.Does not work with iOS 12 on iPhone XS Max. It worked fine on my 7+, but on my XS, it only displays a solid white screen when online. I’ve reset the unit multiple times and even deleted the app, which cost me my saved videos that were in the app😡. I’m trying to contact MONUEN for a solution, but right now, it’s dead in the water after only 2 months of use. Very disappointed!

Poor Quality / Defective when shipped
I received it today. It's going back today. It is unable to read the SD card (64Gb as advertised). I was able to make it work with the iOS app, but unable to successfully access it over the internet from a web browser. Sorely lacking product.

Nice hidden camera
Sorry this is so long, but hopefully it'll be helpful to someone considering this camera.First, I'll say I tried a couple other hidden cameras before purchasing this one (not naming the brands of those). They both had their pros and cons, but I had to return them because of battery issues, how hard they were to use, and how unreliable they were. After initial setup of this camera (which was a little difficult, but not impossible), the camera works as advertised. If this was the first hidden security camera I'd ever tried, I probably would have only given it three stars, because of all the cons below. But it's so much better than the first two duds I tried, it gets an extra star.Pros:* Works as advertised as far as remote viewing on your smartphone. A very neat feature!* The slim camera can be well hidden, especially if you have other chargers and computer equipment near where you want the camera to go. It's actually smaller than my current cell phone, and it looks like a battery pack type charger.* I like that it can be plugged in to an adapter or computer, so you don't have to worry about the battery not having enough charge. I plugged mine into a wall outlet (using a USB adapter, not included in the package) then plugged a non-working phone to make it look like a phone charger (it will charge a phone, but I needed my phone with me, and I didn't have another one that works). I'm assuming it'll also charge a tablet, but I haven't tried that yet.* I like that you can have and monitor with your smartphone up to four cameras. The field of view of this camera is fairly small, so you definitely want more than one (in my opinion). I haven't tried having multiple ones connected, but I will likely purchase a second one for my main room.Cons: These cons are why I couldn't give it five stars.* First, the cable you use to plug the camera in to the wall is on the front of the device. To me, this looks really strange, and if anyone notices a "difference" about this charger (camera), it would be the awkward placement of the cable. I can't imagine why it was done this way. Why not just have it go from the back? Because of the odd placement, the cable can get in the way of the camera lens. So if it gets jarred by a cat or something while you're away, you'd wind up recording a closeup of your cable, not the room. I understand having the USB in front, so it looks like a charger. But put the AC adapter port in the back!* It doesn't have a still photos option.* There is no infrared function on this camera, so it won't take video in the dark. For my purposes (which is to keep up with my pets and pet sitter, as well as any workers who come in), that's probably okay, because they'd turn a light on. But if there was a night-time break-in, the camera probably wouldn't capture images of the culprits.* I recently tested the camera when an air conditioning technician came into my house when I wasn't there. It worked fine and proved he did exactly what he was supposed to do, and he didn't get into my stuff at all. But my settings weren't like I wanted them, so instead of recording just when he came in, it recorded a couple hours of my empty room. I had to scroll through a bunch of three minute videos to find the ones I wanted. Hopefully I fixed that in the camera settings.* You have to scoot the device right to the edge of wherever you put it, or else it doesn't get a clear view (it'll record the shelf or whatever). I think that's because the lens is so low on the device.* There are two fairly bright "indicator lights" on the back, a red one and an amber one. There's a setting on your smartphone where you can turn off the indicator lights, but it only turns off the red one. The amber one still shines brightly and would be very noticeable in a dark-ish room. Not sure why I can't turn them both off.* It does record audio, but the sound is not great. So if audio is important for your purposes, realize you'll only get what's said in the room, directly near the camera. The other two cameras I tried and returned had issues, but they did great audio recordings. I guess you can't have it all in one package.* The micro SD card is very hard to get in and out. It helps if you use something like a ball point pen head to poke it in and release it. It has to click in, and fingers are just too big to get it in there.* Though the time is correct on my phone and it shows correctly on the top of the recording, for some reason in my file list in Windows, it is way off. That's probably not a problem with the camera, but it is annoying because it's hard to zero in on a specific time, to view a specific video. I'm going to reformat the disk and see if that fixes it.

Don't recommend if you need to use the SD functionality
Works ok and takes ok video, but the Micro SD slot is impossible to use. I had to remove the edge of the case to insert a card. After that it was completely unable to format my SD card. I tried two different cards. Don't recommend if you need to use the SD functionality.

Garbage camera. You can't even put a Micro SD card in it to record. The card will not stay in it.
