This is a cover for your current comforter. The wrinkles are horrible. Unless you’re going to iron it and the pillow cases it’s going to look messy on your bed. Not crisp and clean like the photos portray. Lastly, it’s nearly impossible to get your comforter to stay in place with this on top of it.

It's a really cute set! It's not very soft, but it's not crusty either. I love the faded jersey look of the green. I like how it had all 4 corner ties to keep the duvet in place as that is a MUST with duvet covers.

Love this duvet the only thing is when I took it out the packaging it had spots on it that was not able to be removed

First, the duvet cover feels fantastic and soft. I sleep Scandi style...I have the duvet + cover, but I don't use a top sheet. And to me this duvet cover feels really nice.Bed comfort is super important to me so I was nervous regarding making an online purchase, without the chance to feel it in advance. I have used Brooklinen and Boll & Branch sheets and both of those were fantastic, but this time I wanted to 'take a chance' on a cheaper alternative from Amazon. I wanted 100% cotton, I wanted something that would look classic + stylish in my NYC bedroom, and I didn't want itchy or super thin material.Second, I appreciate the look of the dark grey set. My apartment is very bright and modern, except in my bedroom where I'm going for a soothing, masculine, darker look. Anyway the dark grey is nice because it has a little white woven into the fabric, it gives the duvet cover some texture and depth. I think it looks more premium. Others have said it looks like jeans...mine is definitely dark grey in terms of the color, not blue. I was also considering a blue-gray duvet cover to match the Herman Miller desk chair, but I went with the dark grey instead. Some others have said the dark grey feels scratchy but I have not found this to be the case.Third, the details are nice. The zipper works well, and is hidden. And there are 8 ties total (4 at the corners, 4 along the sides) which keep my duvet insert perfectly aligned.Finally the pillow shams work well as advertised. They fit my 'king pillows' perfectly and they are soft and feel good on my head.I think the duvet cover looks better in person than in the picture, but this should give you an idea of how it looks on a king bed. The picture is very backlit, with light coming through the windows.
