I love the Granite EEAS. I've bought the apple and orange and they were both fantastic. I figured i would try the SL. Bud decision! It is so bad I threw away the rest of the package after 1 try. I bought the green apple again. The product is overall awesome. Love the broad spectrum recovery benefits it offers for a 45 year old who trains 6 days a week. The Mountain Dog is still alive in our hearts!

I love the taste. It says to mix with 6-12 oz. of water, but I use 16 oz, and the taste is perfect without being overbearing. The only thing is this is NOT strawberry-lemonade. It is clearly strawberry-banana. That said, it is still very good. It also keeps me very well-hydrated during my workouts. It's too early to see any results from it, but I am loving it so far.

I have been using this product for a year, but this time around it tastes so bad. I think it went bad and I can't return it.

Easy by itself but use hot water to help mix it if that is all you are doing. I am sure if you put it in a smoothie it wouldn’t be an issue.
