Citrus is fantastic
This is for the citrus scent. I don't use any chemical weapons on my waist length hair, but have been having abnormal breakage for a while now. Expensive specialized shampoos and conditioners have only been making it worse. I decided to try this because of it being sulfate free and hence reduce the breakage. I purchased the shampoo as well and have already noticed a significant decrease in the amount of breakage. Also, it removed the coconut oil from my hair with a single shampoo and condition. I usually have to rinse and repeat with both to get all the oil out. I'm very impressed and plan on trying out the other scents as well. It lathers nicely and smells very pleasant but doesn't leave any lingering smell in your hair. Just nice and clean. My hair is finally on the road to recovery and feels great. I'm not sure, but I suspect that it would strip hair color. Just the nature of some of the natural oils in it.

High quality for an amazing value.
I found a zero % shampoo, conditioner, and body wash at a hotel I was staying at, distributed by Gilchrist & Soames. I looked for it online, and treated myself once, but for 15.5 ounces it was $32.00. I decided to search google and found ginger lily farms, which also has zero % products for a fraction of the price. One gallon containers for $21.00, also vegan, cruelty free products, and there are also some with very pleasant scents. The two I chose were apple pear for the shampoo and body wash, and champagne mimosa for the conditioner. I’m very happy with all of them.

Better Scent Than The Shampoo
I love their products, but some of the scents aren’t for me which is to be expected. This one smells more like Aloe to me than what I had planned. The conditioner is a better balance of the scents to me, not so strong on aloe like the shampoo. I’ve almost bought all the scents to try so here are my ratings so far:Apple and Pear 9/10 (smells like apples more than pears, but leaves a nice scent in the hair)Ocean Breeze 1/10 (even out of the container it smelled like a watered down mixed drink)Island Tranquility 7/10 (aloe scent)Citrus 8/10 (smells exactly like oranges if you’re into that)Coco Mango 1/10 (smells like milk right before it expires, no mango scent at all)

Smells like plastic and chemicals in 2022
I ordered the citrus conditioner in Jan 2022 to accompany the ocean breeze body wash and the Island Tranquility shampoo. The other 2 were ok (again not great, but I can live with them). This one smelt very very artificial like burnt plastic and chemicals. I dismissed some of the previous reviews which said similar when buying this thinking there are some good reviews, but NO. This one is a waste of time and money. Instant return. Everyone in my family hated it too so its not just me. Do yourself a favor and till Ginger Lily farms fixes this don’t even buy the citrus smell conditioner. I am not sure about the quality of the other conditioners they have and right now am scared to try. Will be ordering some other brands conditioner to go with the soap and shampoo.

Does not leave hair soft.
I had High hopes for this conditioner . It is a great price and I was going to refill my vo5 bottle i have now. I have long curly hair .Love the smell and how it is made. Unfortunate it is not creamy . Seems to brake up even though I shake the bottle before I use it. I let sit in my hair like I do with my vo5 conditioner . It did detangle my hair but it did not leave it feeling soft and the smell did not last all day.
