Love this, was not sure what size to buy and probably got too big. Better too big than too small.Will eventually get smaller sizes. I take salads to pot luck in the spring and summer months and need something that travels and serves a crowd easily. This is definitely the right bowl for that.

I purchased this Sterlite bowl as a replacement for an older, round, Rubbermaid basin that I use in my kitchen sink to soak utensils, etc. while cooking. Although it is every bit as deep at the Rubbermaid basin, it is not as wide. I wish Sterlite would make a similar bowl that is a few inches wider. Other than that, the bowl is sturdy, has a tight sealing lid and is good quality.

I had one just like this and loaned it out and didn't get it back. My husband had a fit because it was the perfect size for his left over soups and all. So I had to find one exactly like it so he would stop compaining. I had the other bowl for more than ten years and still sealed good and cleaned up nicely. Well worth the prize.

You can't go wrong purchasing these containers. Solid latches which securely keep your food fresh!

Ideal serving/storage container, lid is easily locked and opened, great size and love the red lid colour
