The media could not be loaded.  they arrived on time. I've waited a bit to Post this review but it's holding up great i have no qualms about the make, it is very stable. you can however see glue in the seems of the wood and it had a mildly unpleasant smell when it arrived which took a few days to dissipate.i did not use the hardware provided as i had my own Higher quality ones but I'm sure theirs work just as fine well. I just needed it to be able to take up to 20 kgs of weight which is why I used my own. i really like and so does my cat . she's much happier and it saves my curtains.

Easy to assemble although it requires some drilling. It's not too much of a hassle if you know how to

The product is quite big compared to the picture size. It's actually the size of an adult cat. If u r buying for ur kitten, it will be bigger than him or her.The packaging was very bad. They had packed it as if it was a fragile item, which it is absolutely not. There was so much of tight packing that it was very difficult to open and take it out! As if the seller never wanted us to open it!All this effort was meaning less as my cat did not like it. Did not use it even once!

Good quality scratch post but my cats ignore it :(

Had the base plank be strong and stable, this would have been a great purchase.There is no return policy. My cats get scared when they step on the base board because it shakes . Now I have put weights on it else it was a waste purchase
