I stumbled upon these in a random internet ad and was curious. For background I have awful stinky feet, have always had them since I was a kid, enough that relatives and friends have asked me to keep my shoes outside when I visit. I can wear a pair of socks in the morning clean and by afternoon they will smell like I've been wearing them for weeks. So when I saw these I very much expected them to be a gimmick and not for my feet, I've thrown out 100$ shoes before they even look worn from making the mistake one too many times of not wearing socks. I was completely blown away! These things are game changers seriously! My feet can breath and I don't have to worry about my shoes smelling like decay! I even wore them all day/multiple days to a theme park and did not run my friend out of our hotel room! Dancing, biking, just going into the office these things are magic! If you're on the fence I highly recommend just trying them out I fully expected a gimmicky fail, but now I'm planning to get a pair for all my closed toed shoes, wish there was a way to wear them in my flip flops! (Yeah those smell awful too I have bad feet)Tl;dr: these things are great for stinky feetPros:-comfortable (they provide a little cushion)-the material feels nice on the bottom of my feet it's a soft sock material-absorbs odor very well-do not slide terribly around my shoe unlike the factory insoles they came with-have held up very well considering the amount of use they're getting from meCons:-you will not like these if you don't like to wear shoes without socks, they are a flat insole, you will feel the shoe around/on the top of your foot, this was not an issue for me but could be for others-the design is faded/worn looking from rubbing against my feet they will likely not stay pretty in your shoe, but not unexpected, I am very active (clogging dance, biking, etc) and have not washed them yet-the sizing is a bit weird I cut them to what was supposed to be my shoe size and they are still big in my shoes, you may need to trial/error with the cutting and not go strictly off their guide on the back of the insole-I wish these came in multi packs!!!

I got these to wear with my flats for work because the no-show socks (1) actually DO show, and (2) end up in a tangled mess under the arch of my foot. They were super easy to cut to shape, and they’re a perfect fit in my Lucky brand flats (to give you an idea of the width).These definitely feel absorbent and are comfortable to my feet…. however, they are higher-profile than even padded hiking socks. They push my feet up too high in the chamber of the minimalist shoes I intended to wear them with. In 30 minutes of trying them out around the house, part of my pedicure was rubbed off by the shoe and my feet were hurting. Normally, these shoes fit me great with just liners and I can wear them all day in the office without them feeling uncomfortable.I definitely think these could work if you’re using them in a pair of casual sneakers or something similar. You certainly want them in a pair of shoes where you can remove the insoles, or maybe a pair that’s a little too big for you—these take up as much room in your shoes as a pair of thick socks would. The pair of shoes I tried them in does not have a removable insole, so I had to add them on top of the existing one.

I bought these to put in a pair of boots because the original insoles were rolling up and hurting my feet. I love these! They are easy to cut-to-size and very comfy without being super thick and making your shoe too tight. I will probably get more for other boots/shoes.

Not bad. I thought they'd be a lot thinner. These are a standard thickness insole. So about 4x thicker than I wanted. If you want a basic but squishy rubber/foam insole this is for you. Not good for barefoot or minimalist enthusiasts. I can put them in something I'm sure, at least eventually.

They were great the first couple of times,but the third time they caused blisters on the underside of my toes. No thanks.
