European 10GB Data only sim Card. Works in 50 Countries in Europe.

Good choice for DATA ONLY (no voice/SMS) in most of Europe (including UK); bit of a hassle if you need it in France, but it still works. Did not allow for hotspot useage (i.e., sharing your phone with other phones as a wi-fi source).No action required prior to arrival in Europe. Landed in Ireland and inserted it into my phone; service came up quickly. Also worked in the UK (specifically, England). Worked in Germany without issue. Speeds were sufficient (as advertised).My only complaint involves transitioning in-and-out of France. You must change the APN (network access) for your phone upon arrival in France (and remove those changes upon departure...it is a manual process; it will not occur automatically). The included instructions that this is necessary specifically for France are very prominent...but the instructions are outdated. I struggled with it for some time until I was able to get to Wi-Fi and Google the instructions for France. The instructions have changed for the manual configuration. Once I knew that, it was easy and the network came right up. My included instructions (from a May, 2023 purchase used in June, 2023) stated to use "dataroam" and "internet" in the Network and APN fields, respectively. The actual requirement is to use "internet" in both fields.So, aside from use in France, I recommend this SIM. If you are only using it in France, perhaps it's worth the one-time setup hassle. If you are transitioning in-and-out of France (and especially if you are remaining along the border area) I'd find a different option.Also, if you need a voice/SMS or hotspot capable SIM then I'd find a different one.But it's nice to have something that is immediately available upon landing (even if it's just data).

Excellent internet access, no problem keeping up with your e mail but buyer beware unable to text and as the description warns not able to talk, setting it up not as easy as advertised, just a good instrument to keep track of the world and access your apps while touring the countries advertised, tested in Greece, France, Italy and Malta. Good access to 5G networks. Rest of our family used a voice capable SIM and had a better experience.

It took a minute to get this connected as I had to change some settings on my phone. Be sure to Google and save those instructions before your trip so you have them ready when you get there. I was able to connect to wifi and pull them up on their webpage and once I was connected this made navigating Italy a breeze. Having Google maps to help navigate public transport was a must have for international travel. And way less than US carriers charge!

Trip was in July 2023. I have an international phone I use with the sole purpose of being a WiFi hotspot for my regular, US network phone. Chip was in a Samsung Galaxy A50.Note: Chips are good for one year from date on the package. My chip had about 8 months of shelf life remaining when I got it. Not a concern for me, but don't buy one 11 months out from a trip. Wait until you are at 6 or fewer months from your trip. Also, the chip is good for 30 days once connected to a network. Do not connect until you are overseas and ready to use*.I bought this. I put the chip into my international phone on a layover in Zurich on my way to Italy. Phone started up and connected. What more could I ask for? Worked perfectly. I turned on mobile hotspot and used my regular phone for two weeks in Italy, and again on my return layover in Zurich.I was overseas for some training. I connected my laptop on a few days, and some other people with no cell service in the classroom also connected and got work done via web based programs (virtual desktops and 365 products).I would definitely buy again. Highly reliable. Worked without any issues.*I took screen shots of the troubleshooting tips from the website before I left on my trip, but I never needed them. Again, everything worked perfectly.

Put the card in, turn the phone off, turn it back on and voila… if only it was this easy!! The first country I arrived to was Portugal and both days I was there the card did not work, so I did not have internet at all! I was very close to just throwing this SIM card away, and buying a local SIM. Good thing I did not because when I arrived to Spain, it started working, and continued to work in France and Italy.

This Sim is working great in Sicily Italy. Easy to install and it found network right away. Couldn't be happier. I see comments about not being able to view usage but there is a way. Go into settings,connections, data usage, then roaming data usage is where it will show how much you have used. This is on an android samsung a13 5g phone. Happy travels to all !Edit: this is only a data sim, no phone number, no texting but works with calling apps. I used whatsapp, messenger,viber, you can do video calling and text messaging with those kinds of apps.

Plugged it in and it worked immediately. Very simple plug and play.

The sim card did not work immediately. I had to wait to find wifi to email support. Once they helped, it worked great (aside from the Hotspot, which didn't work).My advice is to screenshot any troubleshooting guides before you travel so you can reference them if your card doesn't work right away and you have to play with the settings.BTW, I used it in Switzerland

Used the SIM card (data only) in UK (Southampton & London), Spain (Vigo & La Coruna), Portugal (Lisbon & Porto), and Norway (Bergen, Alesund, Olden & Stavenger) and worked well in each of these cities, no issue at all. Pieces of advice - (1) better to insert SIM card in a spare phone and tether, (2) make sure you change the APN settings, and (3) in some cities, you may need to use "Search Mobile Network" in your phone to look for a provider with better connections. Most of the time we had LTE so playing games, uploading pics, or even voice call on WhatsApp weren't an issue. This SIM card comes with 10GB and we only used 4.6GB (we were on cruises so did not use it everyday). Based on our experience, I would recommend it.

Bought this for Munich, Germany trip. Data worked in Munich then didn't for neighbouring cities. Then it was reset and it worked for neighboring cities but not Munich. My sister bought the same product and had less of an issue. Followed all instructions and contacted support for help. They were very responsive and tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the data connection just seemed inconsistent across different cities for me. Eventually, the amount was refunded and they apologized for the experience. So good customer service and my experience may have just been an exception.

This sim card worked well for data throughout Portugal, Spain and the UK. However, my sister bought a SIM for our same trip which came with a phone plan (at the same price). Also, this required some changes to the settings on my android phone. Not that it was hard to do but some people get freaked out having to make changes to their phones. All in all, it worked but would have preferred to have the phone features as well.

I got this sim to use in Amsterdam and Switzerland. Works great in both countries! As soon as I landed the sim didn’t work right away but after a few minutes, it did! It was smooth from then on. I used it in Amsterdam for 3 days, 5 days in Switzerland and again for another 2 days in Amsterdam. No issues aside from waiting for a few minutes for it to register every time I landed in both countries.

Update: The seller has been exceptionally responsive after receiving the review. This is not a seller issue, but rather an issue with the Orange Network.I purchased 2 of these cards. We travelled to France and the Sim disabled Hotspot on our Iphones. I went to an Orange store and had them try- they were unable to make this work.Since I needed this for work it was very frustrating.When we went to Belgium the Hotspot option worked.Confirm that it will work every area you travel if you intend to Hotspot.
