Got the package and I was worried it might be delivered chipped. But I was really happy with the packaging. The bowl came carefully wrapped in Japanese newspaper in addition to three layers of bubble wrap, inside a snug box. 5 stars on packaging.If you bought the bowl with chopsticks, look inside the box carefully. My chopsticks were inside the box, flush again the side so I almost missed it (chopstick color and box color were almost the same). Nothing was missing, the set I paid for was present. It's cute, sturdy and holds hot udon really well. The trivet makes holding and transferring the hot bowl easy. I will definitely buy another one as a gift for my bestfriend.

My only complaint is that the cut out for the bowl "tray" isn't large enough for the actual bowl but considering I spent much less on this than the others I saw of this sort, I can't complain much. Also, my 12 year old loves it and uses it often for her fancy ramen bowls and has had no complaints either. Love the spoon and chopsticks.

Great for their intended purpose. Reminded me of being in Japan.
