This is absolutely the blade holder you want. The finish is fantastic and the blade end has a built-in spring so you don't need to fuss with threading a blade through a spring, then a spring and blade through the end, then hope and pray that the blade doesn't bust in the collar.The... flange, I guess... is bigger than the pen adapter from a Cameo 4 can accommodate without an uncomfortable amount of pressure, but the 3d-printed options (DIY, etsy, etc...) are much better anyway.So, yeah, pay a few bucks extra and grab this. I just got two more so I can have a full set of blades awaiting duty without needing to adjust anything!

Managed to cut thick glitter sticky backed card on my first use using the blue 60 degree blade which my original blade couldn't.Some other reviews stated the blades are to thick to fit, But there are two different cb09 blade holders.1. where the blade fits into the main body of the holder with the spring on the blade.2. and one where it fits into the black cap with the spring brass cup. (no spring on the blade)Search Youtube for (Silhouette Cameo - How to cut felt blade cb-09 review) it shows both.Mine is the second one.I also made my own blade rule template with silhouette machine.
