Man I was hoping for just a decent flashlight to use when walking my dog. So I just got this one because the price was great. This flashlight is easily the same quality you would get from a $40 or $50 tac flashlight at Home Depot. It's really well made and has some nice weight to it, so I'm sure it will take a a bunch of drops and keep going. It's really bright and the focusing feature works great. One thing they don't seem to mention is that is has a soft touch button to switch modes. So you don't need to click it on and off to move in between them, you just need to tap the botton lightly and it switches. No need to keep clicking. I had a question about it because I though it was loose, but customer service got back in touch in hours and explained that I has just unscrewed one end by mistake. I don't know how to measure lumens, but this is much brighter than any flashlight that I've owned. I've been using it for 5 days on the same charge as well, and it hasn't lost any brightness. I usually don't write many recommendations, but this light is EASILY worth 2 or 3 times what it costs. I already bought a 2nd one and I'm going to buy their USB version as well to keep in my car right now. Would 100% recommend this light and the company.

I have several different Tactical flashlights and I really do like this one. I did acomparison and this was much brighter. The battery is good I tried it right away and I am still using it and I used it a lot at night still very strong going.The button is the same as all the tactical lights that I own. The expand feature works like all the rest. But what makes this light so good is its size and weight it"s perfect to carry around and strong if not stronger than the rest. I have to give this one 5 stars and I am purchasing another one for my wife she wants it in her purse.I told her she is not getting mine!

It's a small flashlight with a solid build. I've had it for some time now and will update how it holds up in a month or so, maybe longer if anything happens. Its bright and comes in handy, however I don't enjoy how zooming in causes the light to become a square with lines running through. Besides the zooming in complaint, I think this makes for a great budget flashlight and gift to anyone you think might need one. I'm a bit worried about the recharger that comes with it, it doesn't seem to turn green one the battery is charged completely, so make sure you have a time with you to remind you to take the battery out in case you also have this issue, could cause battery life damage or catch fire. For my use, I usually just charge it about 45 minutes to an hour a week, 30 minutes if I didn't use it during the week. Overall 4/5 stars, took a star off for the issue I'm having with the battery charger not letting me know if its done and the fact zooming in turns it into a square with lines running along it.

I like this flashlight very much. It casts a bright light and 1000 lumens was exactly what I was looking for. It is reasonably priced and well made. I also like the zoom feature and the rechargeable 18650 Lithium-ion battery. I would highly recommend this flashlight to anyone looking for a tactical, 1000 lumen flashlight. I looked at the Duracell 1000L flashlight, but that was much too bulky and heavy. This one is smaller and easier to handle. This kit is a great value.

I loved the brightness, range, and zoom range of this flashlight. However, it feels extremely cheap and reflects that after dropped. I am rough on my flashlights because they are just tools, so I went the cheaper route with this one. Loved it then dropped it maybe 4 times and the clicker started to spaz and after a couple more days didnt work at all. Go get the bostac, doesn't zoom in quite as far, but feels 100x more durable and is almost just as bright. It's also smaller and a better shape for day to day usage.

The Ying:All good; the flashlight assembly, battery, and battery holder seem to be very good quality and it functions as described. The flashlight itself seems to be exceptional quality especially for this entire package price at $12.34. The charger seems adequate, and though its components may be slightly flimsy it works well so far. Upon charging the first time, for about four hours, neither the charger nor the battery became more than slightly warm to the touch. The green box is 'okay' as a bonus item. I was particularly happy to find no noxious odors from anything included, as with many other similar items made in China. I don't have a light meter to check the forward lumen output so cannot confirm it; however comparing it to a 1,600 lumen (100 W incandescent equivalent) 5,300 k Feit lamp: it seems at least as bright and much cooler in color. The copy of the documentation (charging and care instructions) was found at the bottom of the Amazon 'details' page in the pdf link, which were well written. If it were 100% made in the U.S.A. at this quality, then I might be willing to pay $20 or $25 for this to support a more local economy.The Yank:No complaints on this item. I will update my review if I find any adverse issues.Some may prefer a paper copy of instructions with the delivery, but I was okay with the pdf.If I had to suggest one improvement, I would rather the light not toggle to the next function mode when turning it on (it would be better to either return to the first mode or to remain on the previously set mode.)

The light is very bright on this flashlight. I stood about 150 feet from my front door and was able to shine the light on the front door lock of my house for my wife. However, the battery has to be recharged every day. We mainly use it at night for about 30 - 45 minutes when we walk the dog. The light is rather dim without recharging. Three AAA batteries only lasted for one night (30 minutes) at maximum power and then was dim. I think I'll eventually try to get a better rechargeable battery.12/2/2020 The flashlight has now stopped working. Recharging the battery does not even provide minimal light and AAA batteries do not work in it. Do not buy this flashlight. I went to Harbor Freight and bought 3 small flashlights for $1.79 and some rechargeable AAA's. Much better.
