Yes she has reasonable articulation but not on a made to move body. Have a look on YouTube for reviews.

The bodies are articulated but not bendy like they used to be ,and not as flexible as the made to move range. Much better than those fashionista stuff fixed dolls. P

No I'm afraid these dolls are aimed at the 8 too age group. Far to delicate for a 3 year old and to be honest not safe for a 3 year d.To many small parts. Sorry ,hope this helps.
