Bad product and worst support from AMAZON and seller.
Laptop did not power ON after few months.Amazon denied any help or refund since there is no warranty by default.one would expect warranty by default at least for 1 year on a purchase of 3000 AED.There was no refund or any attempt to fix the laptop from amazon , instead I was misled for around 2 months that they will help.worst support experience!!

Prices are very less as compare to other sellers
I bought this HP envy laptop silver. everything is good. But they are not given the touch pen. and bag also very cheap that was not HP bag . After few days there would be scratched on my laptop.

WORST LAPTOP HP HAS EVER PRODUCED
The reason i gave 1 out of 5 is there is no 0. I bought this laptop 10 months back for AED 3997.Its literally waste of your money. From that time im facing a lot of problems. The first 1 month i used it only for document preparation.It used to restart every 1 hour.I thought its an issue with Windows 11.After 1 month when i started my actual work with online meetings, the problems started.Donno what to do, when i contact the seller he said restart it agaian and again , it will work.Such an irresponsible answer..My advise to everyone is this is serious issues with OS, drivers and overall functionality.So please dont buy this at all.

الجهاز ممتاز ولكن كابل الشاحن غير موجود وكارت الميموري وايضا الشنطه ستيكر الكيبورد العربي والانجليزي والفلاشه وهذا كله كان متاح مع الجهاز الاول وعندما طلبت الجهاز التاني لم يرسلوا ليه هذه الاغراض

This computer is more noisy than I expected. I tried to return it because I don't want it anymore and have bought another computer from other brand. I am writing this review to someone who may not know that you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if it is not damaged and you no longer wanted it. Worst buying experience ever.
