Solid printer - setup a challenge
Once set up, the printer produces a crisp clear image. However, if you are not computer savvy, you may struggle to use the USB drive included, nor realize the printer driver is downloadable. They don't put any of that information in with the printer. I had to read the question section here in Amazon. My brand new HP computer did not recognize the device in the drive. Nor do I have a drive to insert the disc included. Once I located and downloaded the driver, the printer was recognized and I successfully printed a label. You do lose two labels in the initial feed - I am not sure this is unusual with thermal printers.Hopefully, it will continue to print solid - and I have just made my shipping life so much easier!! Less loss of label paper as well.

Works great but prints a bit light
Easy setup on Windows 11 with the USB key provided. The only thing is that it prints a bit light, even with the density set to maximum darkness.

Great label printer.
I truly enjoy this label printer. It makes send out products so much easier than using full sheet labels or a full sheet of paper and a lot of tape to protect the ink from the printer. This label printer uses thermal printing on standard 4x6 labels. Perfect for shipping items to their new owners. Despite reading of a couple people having problems with their printer, I can honestly say I havenβt had any issues at all for the last 1000+ labels. I definitely recommend this printer and look forward to many years of use from it.

Frustrating set-up
The printer arrived today and physical setup was easy. The difficulty was with the software setup. The thumb drive that came with it became corrupt shortly after opening it. Luckily, I got the driver package installation done before it happened. I realized later that a copy was also on the supplied DVD, but If I didn't have a DVD player, I would have been in trouble. I couldn't find a driver online and the one offered on the BestEasy site will not open due to an error that read βMAC_Driver-2.pkgβ canβt be opened because it is from an unidentified developer."Anyways, I got the printer driver installed and the basic setting for paper size, etc. configured and it printed labels. At first it was printing 2 labels at a time, although only one was asked for. After changing some other setting, that problem went away. The quality of the print was mediocre, but I was lucky to find a reviewer that addressed the issue and after a bunch of fiddling with various drop menus and saving the modified settings, the printer now works as it should. I have attached a snapshot of the instructions that tweaked this printer into working the way it should, no thanks to the included instructions.I never had any of these issues when installing a Dymo label printer, so I guess this is the trade-off for a cheap cost. Hopefully, it will give me good service now that I have it printing properly. As a side note, I re-formatted the thumb drive and copied the DVD contents onto it for any future needs.

Won't connect
So you get this label maker, your all excited, set it all up, only to find out, you can't connect to it. Nope. This day and age instead of giving you an email address or a usb drive with the drivers nope they give you a cd, A CD, i don't even know someone who has a laptop with a cd still in it. So I had to try and find someone with an external cd drive and then I ran into the problem of not compatability. I tried emailing in via customer service on Amazon and I got told I was sent to the wrong place and they sent me to a website where I got no response the place wouldn't even load.....moral of store don't spend your money here for basically 40 dollars more you can get one that's bluetooth and connects to your phone from anywhere no hassles or problems. Now I'm left with money out of pocket and a hunk of scrap
