Very harmful
I bought it to drink coffee, and from the first use of the coffee residue got stuck in the lid and can never be cleaned because it is closed and difficult to clean and there is no way to open it. Too bad for the coffee only for the water it's good!

worth the money
Some things are worth the extra money - this would be one of those items.Great for the construction site, I like its sort of quiet green colour.it comes with two steel sipper which is great.the cap fit very well and did not leak at all, i will appreciate if it also come with round fitting cap to keep in bag during travel, but overall a good purchase
