1 Year and Counting
5/25/23 (bought March 2022)I bought this 1 year ago to replace a previous umbrella which gave up the ghost. I got the Hunter's green color, and so far it's held its up. The seat cushions I bought around the same time, also hunter's green, are now light blue, almost white. The sun bleached them. I usually will take the umbrella down if the wind is getting strong, but I'm not always home. At least once, when I got home, the umbrella and wrought iron table (with a weight at the bottom of the pole) had been blown over. The solar panel (battery and circuit) are located on top of the umbrella. It had to have hit the deck, but it still works. At the top of the pole is a solar panel. You can twist this off and open the battery compartment. There is a 1500 ma battery which you can get off Amazon if it stops working. I have a number of solar landscaping lights and when they stop working, I can often just change the battery. Now, I don't use the LED lights that often, but they are nice. They are not too bright, but they give enough light to see in the dark. I wouldn't try reading by them. They stopped working the other day, but after a little investigation I realized the switch was just a little sticky. I sprayed some electronic (contact) cleaner down in the switch and it's working again. You can also find mini rocker switches like this here on Amazon and elsewhere. All the connections (switch, circuit, etc) are soldered on.I'm pretty happy with the construction and the durability so far.

I LOVE THIS UMBRELLA!!
I LOVE THIS UMBRELLA! I bought this almost 2 years ago (June 2021) and it’s been amazing! I live in Idaho, and the wind and elements are brutal and I always leave it open. It flew away one day, after a 40 mph + windstorm, ( I found it about 500 yards away, stuck on a fence) and it had one little rip, but the lights still worked, and it still opened and closed easily. Just last week, we had a very crazy storm, and it broke one of its ribs and broke the tilt feature so now it only tilts, (it’ll stay upright until wind comes along) but it’s STILL USABLE!!! It’s whithstood an ungodly amount of wind. I could’ve maintained it better, (putting it down when it was windy) but I am constantly on my back patio, rain, sleet, snow or shine. It protects me from all the elements! I love it!!!

Night lights are a good feature.
I expect to get 2-3 years from an umbrella. We will see how the lights, fabric, and inner workings hold up. I take good care of things so it should last.

Thinner than expected but doing ok
This was not a canvas umbrella like the one I was replacing which I didn't expect. It's more of an actual umbrella material so light blocking is not as much. Still casts some good shade and the lights are a bonus. Price is very good and the on off switch is a handy feature as well.

Small Solar panel on top of umbrella.
Arrived June 26 ordered June 4 th as a regular delivery , sent via Fed Ex. Well packaged in corrugated cardboard box. Size and color exactly as requested. No packing slip listing set up instructions or special points. There is a square solar plate on top point of umbrella that came off during the unpacking and I was not aware of it until I saw it hanging down by the electric wire threaded through the central tubing. I did need to take umbrella down to try and reset it .The lights extend only on the 18 inches outer extension of each vein. There is an on/ off switch to turn lights, cast a blue tone when it is pitch black out. Has weathered some severe wind and lightning rain storms well so far, always folded down before storm begins.
