Size description says 30.5cmSize that has arrived is only 26cm

Doesn’t seem to have any safety kite mark for something you swing around. The foam might be soft but the plastic tube it’s wrapped around is quite hard. And is a bit proud on each end. The description mentions a chain and is completely wrong, this set have a cord. Handle too short and stumpy, 25cm, not suitable for beginners practise. More suitably labelled as a child’s toy.The playwell blue & red, or blue & black set are more suitable for beginners practise.
