Douglass Oil Lighter Field-S Diamond Silver

I have this and their brass lighter. They don’t get better than this lighter. I have had mine for several years and they have never failed me.

Well made however had a problem with the flint insertion tube. The plunger and spring assembly got stuck in the down position took some doing to correct. Now I’ll have to be watch full when adding new flint. Other wise the plunger becomes a projectile. And good luck finding it

Superb design and build quality. Really an ingenious piece. Does NOT light easily however. Often times it takes me a few tries to get the thing lit. Regardless of how "good" you get at it, it will never be as consistent as you want it to be. That being said, I would buy this lighter 10x over.IF you are looking for something to actually smoke with- get the im corona old boy. Far superior.

Loved it for a week until it stopped lighting consistently. Cleaned it, swapped flints, no difference. I could have bought a whole lot of bics for this price.
