Instructions are incomplete and need to be updated. Battery polarity no indicated. Also instructions on proper cleaning would be helpful. Once put together correctly, product performed well and even a little better than expected. She likes it a lot. Would have been 5 stars if all these concerns were not an issue at time of receipt.

Nice Design but needs to be much more powerful water stream

Out of the box, this did not work. Very disappointed. I bought it for travel in early June and did not need it until just now, so I took it out of the box, put brand new batteries in it and it does not turn on. I contacted Amazon support and they will process a refund.

Best portable bidet money can buy. Very pleased with how clean and fresh I feel after using it. Only suggestion for improvement I have is to make it more slim-lined. Otherwise no complaints very happy with it.

I don't leave home without it.

A great portable option for bidet users. This was a great addition to my husband's travel kit post rectal cancer and ostomy reversal surgeries.

Not bad...would have liked a stronger water spray
