The Abandoned Baobab: The Autobiography of a Senegalese Woman (CARAF Books: Caribbean and African Literature Translated from French)

This is a very moving and enlightening story. Would recommend to anyone interested in African writing. Not sure what the other review is on about because the translation from French is fine.

Writing style is really incoherent. Something about the Senegalese language doesn't translate well into English because I didn't understand about 40% of the writing.

You really have to wonder about publishers that do not have e-book versions of their publications. Are they serious about revenue generation?
