Ineffective.
I thought it was just I! Whew! This item does not work, and, in retrospect the price I paid for it is insulting for an ineffective item. I should not have to keep up up with the specified settings, which did not establish the written effect after three, four, five, etc. times. I assumed the incremental knob would produce stronger air; though relatively little aroma is produced. These essential oils are STRONG; overpowering even, if used to much. I wasted much on an ineffective item. I bought this, August 2017. Today is February 26, 2018. If I am in within my warranty I would refund/exchange for something that works, without wasting precious oils bought. This was not a defective item. It just does not fulfill the company’s expressed intentions.

It’s okay. Shuts off after 10 minutes. No way to fix that. 😒

Didn’t Work Right
Absolutely did not work right when it arrived. The package it came in did not look rough at all, therefore it was sent to me not working properly. It would put out very little to no scent when it was on. I ended up returning this. Buy the RainDrop 2.0 instead. Works so much better.
