Great bluetooth speaker packed with features!
This is a great looking and well-made device! At 8W, it is louder than most of the Bluetooth speakers I have which are 5W. For its small size, it has a clear, rounded sound and a decent base and is packed with features:(1) Bluetooth speaker - When you first turn on the device, the first mode is bluetooth. Bluetooth pairing was fast and easy with my iPhone. The buttons are responsive and pretty standard for bluetooth speakers.(2) FM radio - This is the second mode when you press the 'M' button. The reception is clear as it comes with a wire antennae that is almost 16 inches long and can be put away by coiling around the bottom or back of the device. The radio autoscans the stations when you press the play/pause button and stores them in channels which is stored in the devices' memory and is there the next time you turn on the radio. While the radio stores the station you left it at in memory when you shut down, it doesn't store the volume level. The radio always starts at volume level 10 and sometimes it's shocking because this is loud on certain stations.(3) Clock & Alarm - It uses military time and is easy to set based on the instructions included. I have no problem waking up to the alarm - It plays a repeating 'tune' with birds chirping that is pretty loud.(4) TF card slot or AUX-in port - I could also play songs via these options, just plug it in and it plays. It shows 'TF' or 'AUX' respectively on the display (right side) so you know where the music is coming from.I would recommend this to all as it really does do it all!

Identity crises
I bought this speaker under the premise that it was an alarm clock that happened to have a Bluetooth function. Or did I buy it because it was a speaker and it just happen to have a digital clock face? Now I'm confused. I'm not sure what it is. It works as a Bluetooth speaker. The clock function is barely a clock. It dims away into a standby mode. Which totally defeats the purpose of including it in the first place. It also only does army time. Weird. I think I'm being nice by giving it three stars. Or maybe I gave it three stars because the sound is decent. Still not sure. I think adding the clock function actually took away from this device. It's teasing in a deceptive way. Oh well. I guess I'll take it into the shower. You know.... because people take very long showers that need music sometimes. And a timer.Update:You can make the clock stay on after all. All you do is press the button on the back on the unit and wait to see if it does. If it doesn't press and wait again. One of those presses does it. It's a guessing game.

FM capabilities limited
bought this speaker for my fishing boat as I dont want to wire in a radio, but I chose this model because of the reviews and that it had FM capabilities. But the FM mode is very limited, you can not manually tune in a radio station, its a one button function and it auto scans nearby stations for you and it wouldnt pick up the main local station in my area. So off it went back into its packaging for a return. If your main purpose is to listen to music from your phone, this speaker sounded like it would work great, love the size of it for the quality of sound. I only heard audio from the speaker for about 15 seconds before I packed it up, but it sounded good

Great little speaker that outperforms the price
We currently use this to listen to music on the dock at the lake due to the water resistance and low price point. The sound quality is better than I would have expected for a speaker in this price range, competing well with much more costly units in my opinion. The clock is a nice feature and the battery life has been outstanding to this point, having not required a charge after multiple weekends of on-and-off daytime use. The controls aren't the most intuitive, but the instructions are clear and concise, so getting acquainted is quick and simple.

Perfect little speaker
I received this in the mail today. I purchased it for use at work. I wanted a fm radio and a bluetooth speaker for use with my ipod. It works and sounds great for both. You can turn it up pretty loud. The sound is good and dosen't sound muffled. It is also very small so it wont take much space on my desk at work which will be a plus. I don't usually leave feedback but I have purchased two other speakers before this one and sent both of them immediately back because the sound wouldn't be good or the buttons had to be pushed so hard that i didn't think it was worth the fuss. Since this one met my requirements right out of the box I had to leave feedback.

Thumbs up for me!
Works great and is really heavy duty. I love all of the functions on this thing. The clock is gorgeous, but you cannot change it from military time, which is a bummer. The speaker works really well and I love that it has radio. I put this in my bathroom and it seems to be doing fine with all the humidity. It even has an sd card slot for you to listen from there if you want. Thumbs up for me!

Sigh.
Sigh, I hate writing negative reviews, especially for a product without any, but this item just isn't working for me. I don't know if it's an issue specific to the speaker I received, or if this is the way the product was designed. My main issue is that this speaker doesn't hold a charge - in fact, it doesn't charge at all. When I plug it in, a little battery icon on the screen lights up (almost identical to a 'charge in progress' signal on a phone), then disappears after a while, ostensibly when the battery is fully charged. However, no matter what I do, my speaker won't turn on after it's unplugged. I've read the product description over and over to see if maybe the "wireless" aspect applied to the bluetooth aspect alone, and not the power aspect. Honestly, I still don't know, so I can't even be sure if this is user error or manufacture error. That issue aside, I'm also not loving the volume of this machine. I cranked my phone up as loud as it can go, but the actual volume from the speakers was passable at best. I have another speaker this size that can really pump out sound, and even one the size of a golf ball that can get louder than this one - which kinda makes it useless in the arena it's best-suited for: pool parties. So much for rocking out in the pool with this little guy on the deck. However, the sound quality IS pretty excellent...just not loud. Or portable.
